  It's fine

  I didn't die here. I never felt unsafe. Everything appeared clean. The breakfast was nothing special. The price was right, and that was our focus. My room had a low shower head. Good water pressure though. If you're tall beware.

  Best advise-stay elsewhere

  Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady, Patrice. She suggested some places for us to visit, and when we asked for extra pillows, she readily provided those. However, this hotel is in dire need of repairs. Our room had a hole in the closet door, a patched hole in the bathtub, a broken security lock, the carpet was filthy to the point of walking on it and leaving dirty foot prints on the bathroom tiles (yes, we wore shoes in the room after that) wi fi that sometimes worked, outside lights on balcony with cobwebs (it actually lit up at night, unlike many others) and just overall poorly maintained. The thermostat and smoke alarm were hanging by one screw, and who knows if the smoke alarm was even operational. A/C very noisy, but it did work! Absolutely no breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. Another Choice hotel we stayed in the next day had limited coffee in the lobby and minimal breakfast items. The surrounding area is not very nice, and we noted some rather unsavory guests staying in the hotel. Barring Patrice , staff was unfriendly and aloof. Upon check out, the female at the front desk was clearly bothered when I asked for a receipt for my stay. We will be back to Tulsa, but certainly staying elsewhere.

  Goin downhill

  I used to love coming up and staying here. While it is still ok for the price, I think Ill opt to stay elsewhere from now on when I come to Tulsa. The property has went downhill since my last visit, but nothing a complete remodel wouldnt fix. The doorknobs to my bathroom were loose. Only one towel and wash rag in the bathroom. Carpet in the hallway is worn out and very dirty. And there was a very strong marijuana oder on the 2nd floor. I have nothing against people smoking weed if they want but this was overpowering and gave me a headache. I hope this place updates soon. It is in a great location, and some of the rooms have the best views of downtown Tulsa in the city. Id love to hear about updates and a complete remodel, come back in a year or so, and give this place 4 or 5 stars again.

  Real Nasty carpet,stains on chairs,employees family hang out front in lobby,. and parking lot,looks very suspicious.

  Very uncomfortable being so nasty,And seems like somethings going on around there be very careful, I wouldn't recommend that place at all.Used to specialize in sanitizing the place now it sorta stinks.

  FAR short of expectations!!

  Everyone drops the ball once in awhile but this experience was well short of the mark repeatedly! No soaps/shampoo, large stain on the carpet (wife called it a murder scene), no attempt at hot breakfast - though the website touts that in many places. Yes, there is a Covid blanket disclaimer on the website but that appears to be their license to do a poor job overall! Garbage! Poor reflection on a generally good chain.
