  Excellent place with a good price and a very nice breakfast. The hotel is easy to reach and the staff is very helpful and nice. We arrived to early but that was no problem at all. This hotel is in the middle of maryhofen and ski lifts are very close-by.

  OK hotel, value for money

  Clean and ok typical Tyrolian Hotel. Clean room and well-tasting breakfast. Extra bonus for the breakfast and the service level from the personnell!! The outdoor pool was not very delicious and very small. Free car parking. Very central located in town centre. Recommended!!

  Very aggressive management

  The owner of this accommodation, Alfredo, was physically and verbally abusive towards us during our stay, shouting at us everyday about things we did not do and using his own key to come into a room of females without knocking. The trip was completely spoiled by him and I would strongly recommend against staying here as we were made feel unsafe and uncomfortable at every moment we encountered him. Multiple pieces of jewellery and money taken from room wile we were out but we felt too uncomfortable to mention it to management.

  Alfredo ruined my holibops

  Firstly, I would like to state that the accommodation itself is nothing short of top class. I would also like to say that the three females workers in the hotel are some of the most helpful and welcoming staff I have ever come across. Within 5 minutes of us arriving to the hotel, the hotel owner/manager had aleady been physically confrontational and aggressive towards our group. It was a mistale on his behalf as his workers had given one of our group a glass of water, this would set the tempo for all our encounters with the man. On several occassions during our stay, he woudl barge into the rooms without warning and you could see the steam coming from his ears as we would be sat laughing or having a few drinks in the room. We were not a particularly loud group but there was 10 of us so when we would pre drink before heading out, things would get loud but nothing to warrant the reaction which he gave. The aggression he showed towards us left us dumb founded and confused mostly as we would always be very polite and respectful despite our obvious disappointment. To this day, we still have no idea if this man has ever made eye contact with anyone but the question we worry most about is, is this man an alpha or a beta.....

  Very pleased with this hotel

  I stayed here for 5 days for a Ski holiday with my 6 year old daughter. The hotel is a 3 min walk to the Penken Gondola and 6 mins to Ahorn Gondola. The hotel is fantastically placed To get to the slopes. The rooms are fantastic and look like they have been recently decorated. Plenty of space in the room for 2 of us and if my wife and other child had came I feel there would still have been more than enough room for us all. Hotel offers breakfast which my daughter and I enjoyed. Breakfast is continental style, cereal, fruit, meats, cheese, fresh bread, boiled eggs etc. Teas, coffee, orange juice. Before I traveled I was a little concerned when the travel agent told me the hotel did not serve lunch or dinner this was no problem at all as lunch we had on the mountain and dinner we ate out in Mayrhoffen which wasnt that expensive and just a short walk to the main strip from hotel. Lots of place to choose from and great food. The staff at the hotel were very warm and friendly and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels placed in bath room. Coming from the UK it was nice to find a few British channels on the TV (ch 103-107) this allowed me to chill a bit while my 6 year slept. Id recommend the hotel highly. I am already looking at booking here for next year.
