  Beautiful!

  Weve been here for a relaxing citybreak in Cluj and we were very satisfied with everything Residence Il Lago had to offer. It is located pretty far from the city center (45 min walking) but it is worth it if you want a much quiet neighbourhood and waking up with a beautiful view over the lake. Also, it is right next to Iulius Mall and you have Auchan if you want to do some groceries. The room was very clean, modern and with a big terrace. Also, the staff was very kind and helpful. A very important aspect is that you also have free parking.

  Nice place

  We stayed here for 1 night and it was fine. It is right beside a huge shopping centre so there is plenty of activity nearby. The car was safe in the free underground car park. Friendly staff that printed off our boarding passes.Apartment was clean. it is on the approach to the airport so plenty of planes passing overhead.Bedroom doors had to be left open for air con during the night. Bad smell rising from the drain on the toilet floor.

  perfect stay!

  Very clean rooms, very friendly staff, nice hotel overall. The only problem that I had was the fact that my shower drain was clogged and so I went to the reception to tell them and when I was about to leave the hotel they asked me if they could go fix it and when I came back it was fixed. Very, very friendly and helpful staff. The room comes with a smart tv which you can log in to Netflix to, a frigde, AC and a safe deposit box. The hotel is about 1-2 minutes away from Iulius Mall, which is very convenient as I could easily get water and eat something.

  The best choice.

  For a wedding in Cluj I had to find a location that would include more than 40 people so I had the opportunity to see all the rooms and apartments where my guests stayed. Without a doubt I can say that the facilities are of a 4 star hotel and the price is of a 3 star hotel. I am afraid to talk all the time about them superlatively so that I will not be misunderstood but I cannot do otherwise. The staff was friendly, clean throughout, panoramic view of the lake, close to the largest mall in the city, underground parking and examples can continue. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend.

  Overpriced

  One night stay. We chose it as the options were limited. I would say it is overpriced for what it actually offers. The bathroom is tiny and the room gives you a wierd feeling. There is no sort of hallway, the entrance door takes you directly to the bed, this made me feel insecure. The view is sort of nice, you can see the lake and some old and neglected house. The parking is a plus, underground secured parking places, but limited in number. We left for dinner and it was full upon our return.
