budget friendly, fast wifii dont know why they called is suites but rooms are not suites first time i stayed here, we booked online and when we arrived, the girl in the reception didnt know about our booking, but owner confirmed our booking so we got to check in, rooms are spacious, no tv, w hot n cold shower, their fast wifi got me to stay for 11 nyts with out tv, 2nd time i stayed, there's a flat screen tv in the room already plus you can order some food and book a massage, nice area because when you walk outside there are some carinderias, if you will be in cebu for work, this place is ok to stay, if most of the time you will be out,

Cheap and worth your moneyWe booked it via Agoda for only 600 a night, the room was spacious and AC's working good. WiFi though was slow in our room. If you're looking for a cheap and simple place to stay while you tour the City of Cebu, stay here

It was a horrible experience. It was a horrible experience. Since I work online, before booking I asked to the property about their wifi. They replied that "wifi is fast". When I check in, I test the speed and it's only 2Mb/s (spoiler: it would often drop to less than 1, especially at night sometimes you can't even browse websites). The signal strength in my room is only 2 lines out of 4. I tell the staff that wifi is slow. They do nothing and I don't hear from them after that. After an hour nothing changes, so I go again. They answer that they'll check it. I show them the test result in my room and look at me as if I'm crazy. After a while, they call me saying that they'll call a technician. After an hour nothing changes, so I go again. They answer that they're working on it. I ask how long it will take. They say 15 minutes. Nothing changes. I have a sudden business call on Skype. Wifi is so slow that I can't even speak in audio. I try with my mobile data but the signal is too weak. I cancel the call and lose money. I go again. I ask for a refund and to leave right away. They call someone who calls me and says that the issue is only temporary for today and they can't call a technician because it's national holiday. If I want a refund I should ask Agoda. Later they call me again and finally tell me that it's them who set the limit to 2Mb/s. They argue that wifi is fast. I have scheduled work online, so I go back to my previous hotel to use their wifi. The last stand was when the day after 4 of them showed up at my door, pushed my door open, acted as if they wanted to beat me, told me that "I'm not my country" and that "they would be very glad if I left" and threatened to report me to the police. I acted meek and mild and promised that I wouldn't complain anymore. To sum up, I wasted one day arguing, I lost business, I had to go back to my previous hotel every day only to work and had to bear their hostility. I understand that a cheap place can have sloppy wifi, but they had reassured me before booking, and they exasperated me by not following up first and then telling me an excuse after the other and refusing to grant a refund. It was a horrible experience.

Decent ValueStayed for 3 nights. Comfortable memory foam mattress. Good ac. Complaints..the shower head was horrible and the height and positioning was such that the water was right in my face. I am kinda tall. However the shower head is on a cord so you can wash that way. Didn't use the WiFi that much but it was spotty. Sometimes ok them drop for no reason. For the price and it's relative location it was good value. I plan on staying here again in the future.

Nice place for backpackers and travelling studentsWe booked this place because of its accessibility and price. My friend and I are traveling students so the accommodation and price were pretty solid for us. Wifi was kinda slow tho but fine for some lite browsing. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
