An eco friendly hotel with unique features.I stayed at this property for three nights. The hotel is located a bit out of the city center, but this should not be a problem as it is on a main subway line which will take you to Nagoya station in 20 minutes. The location is particularly convenient for those attending conferences at universities around. The property is relatively new and provides a standard business hotel sized room with s unit bath. However, each room is equipped with an air cleaner as well as a desk wide enough to do business. LAN is provided for free, but you should check with them if you want a room with Wifi. The all-you-can-eat breakfast (Western and Japanese) is included in most of the packages. In fact, you can save a lot in comparison to simlar properties in city center if you find a right package. The hotel also has a Japanese onsen type public spa free for the guests. What is also noteworthy is its 'eco' program. Upon check-in, you have an option for choosing 'eco friendly program' and request not to change linens, you will get a bottle of water per night.

I am not familiar with Japanese standard but it was too crampedI stayed in this hotel from November 14 to November 18. The only other hotel that I stayed in Japan before this hotel is Narakomachi Guest House. I have already written a review on that. Narakomachi was also small, perhaps smaller than our "comfort double" room at Route Inn but was a whole lot more organized and comfortable. The "comfort double" room that I got for 12,000 Yen per night was at least not comfortable. There was not a single stretch inside the room where two adults can walk side by side. The bed for three of us (my wife, five year old daughter and myself) was too small for comfort. The breakfast was very Japanese and mediocre. It is shocking that a hotel which primarily caters to the universities of Nagoya for their conference guests' boarding has no English speaking attendant. It was impossible for us to communicate with anyone in the reception desk. I was little surprised that a property of this class does not have its own restaurant. Overall, for the price I would not stay there again. I must say though that the location is very convenient. It is only couple of minutes walk from the Imaike station (Exit 12).

A comfortable stayLocated close to Imaike station, this hotel has good access. A big puplic radium bath is on the second floor. which is open until two in the morning. If you choose ladies' plan you'll get lots of milky lotion and cream. Don't miss them. Breakfast hours were crowded. however German bread was delicious.

When in nagoyai have stayed at this hotel for 2 days because of the location and then we switch hotel in nagoya downtown "Nagoya Star" for a night, then we switch to "Nagoya inn" then switch to "hotel toyoko" in gifu, so far route is the most organize and clean hotel, with good vibes, and only few steps far from the subway, imaike station exit 12.
