  Clean & Comfortable

  Ideal for passing through, clean warm and comfortable. Reasonably priced also. While it is situated over a forecourt it's right on exit 13 on motorway and super convenient if travelling & connecting to airport (only 15 mins) I couldn't make breakfast and was given a take away breakfast roll nice touch. Plenty parking, friendly staff.

  What a disappointment! Horrible B&B.

  This was a terrible place to stay. The rooms were ugly, the curtains allowed the early am sun in and the hot water didn't work. Nothing worse than a cold shower when it was cold and rainy outside. In fact, I learned that they turn the hot water off after 10:00 am and don't put it back on until after 6 pm. There is a very nosy store right underneath that played music one night all night. A drunken guest was knocking on all the doors at midnight one night looking for food. The breakfasts were horrible and the host could never get our order right. She was actually downright rude. She is not originally from Ireland because the Irish people are known for their hospitality. Unfortunately, she hasn't learned it yet. We were very disappointed and my advice is to avoid this place.

  Good B&B

  We enjoyed our stay here. Yes, it is in the same building as the gas station, but that wasn't a problem for us. Our room was standard, but spacious and clean. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The owner was very friendly and breakfast was delicious.

  Great Value B&B

  Stayed for three nights over a Bank Holiday. Very handy for Shannon Airport - 15 minutes, ideal as very early flight back. Good location just off motorway, ideal for exploring. The rooms are above a garage on quite a busy road. However we didn't hear any noise. Room was large and comfortable, shower good and plenty of hot water. Owners very helpful. Good suggestions for things to do. Lovely breakfast, owner offered to get up at 5am to make us breakfast due to early flight back. Declined as don't expect anyone to do that. Coffee, tea and some bits for us to take with us. Absolute bargain. Lovely area really enjoyed our break.

  Great little b and b

  We stayed here overnight on our way to the Cliffs of Moher. B & B was pleasant...great to have wifi and a tv in the room. A nice touch...there was a table of necessities that you may have forgotten to pack...pay what you think is the value. Breakfast was very good. In the evening, we took a cab to town center approx 8.
