  the hotel location very good 400 meters near to sultanahmet mosque 300 meters near to small hangia sophia the hotel room very large and very clean the staff was so friendly we loved breakfast very much highly recommended

  Fabulous Sea views, newly refurbished rooms, WONDERFUL staff always happY to help

  The staff are a real credit to this Hotel, each and every one of them had their unique qualities which enhanced our experienced. Starting with Nene in reception and her infectious smile and bright personality. Then there was Jalal who was always there to help and answer questions. The cook Lady is really nice and welcoming, she does a fabulous job with the food. The views from the Breakfast room made the experience of breakfast very pleasant and you can tell the cook makes the food with love. She is a very friendly person and a hard worker and always made our group feel very welcome. And last but not least there was Dogan who was like our own little tour guide with a wealth of local knowledge and experience mixed with kindness and a good heart. I cant thank him enough for all his help. Dogan deserves a medal for His patience with us especially when what was meant to be a 5 minute walk turns in 30 Minutes because all of us keep stopping and starting to take photos along the way and bless him he just waits patiently and doesnt rush us. He took me out before the crack of dawn to a few mosques at my request off his own back 4am start and that just made my trip that extra bit special, I cannot Thank and praise Dogan and the staff enough for the kindness showed to my family. All the staff went out of their way to help us and told us where to visit and the places of interest. Dogan, Nene, Jalal and the Cook went above and beyond to help us in every way they can. After seeing the photos of the rooms I was expecting a basic room (I was only there for a couple days and just needed a base) I wasnt bothered to much about the room as long as it had Sea views and a comfortable bed so you can imagine how pleasantly surprised we all were when we saw the upgraded refurbished rooms. The location is perfect you can get to all the places of interest by foot and the Sea views from the room are gorgeous. The description and photos of the hotel dont do it justice. The photos of the rooms could have been updated to show the newly refurbished rooms as it was still showing the old photos of the rooms, which is not a bad thing because when you do see the room it exceeds your expectations other than that I dont think there was anything else the Seatanbul Staff could have done better. My only regret is I didnt take photos of the room because I was having way too much fun to remember that.

  Amazing view

  I had friends visiting istanbul and we decided to stay here all together, they had amazing view from the room I stayed in, breakfast was great we actually stayed in and had dinner one night restaurant was good as well very delicious and tasteful food, location is perfect Sultanahmet square is walking distance! I highly recommend this place to anyone

  Hi. I made the reservation at this hotel through booking.com. What can I say about this site? -Old and broken furniture. -Blood on the sheets) -broken toilet seat. -The door to the room didn´t lock -Both the fridge and the tea kettle didn't work, we had to ask for another one. -The breakfast food had been there for several days, they simply put it in the fridge and put it out again the next day. - During the pandemic, the staff didn´t wear a mask. -It has views of the sea, but in the distance ... what you have in front of the building is a train track -I went with my girlfriend and we had to leave the hotel and lose the 10 days reservation after 3 days, and after several room changes, each one worse than the previous one. - They only have one good room that is shown in the photos on website, it is all a lie. - Don't trust them. -The photos are from December 24, 2020. - We found for same price 5 stars hotel near Aya Sofia. If after seeing the photos you still want to book ahead, but I hope that this will prevent more people from being scammed. Attached the hotel invoice in the photos.
