  Great visit

  This is an excellent hotel. We were checked in by Annie and she took great care of us. Room was lovely with a great ocean view. Small problem with in the room that was fixed happily and immediately. The staff could not be friendlier.

  Pleasant placr

  We recently stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was enjoyable and clean. The only reason that I gave it four stars instead of five was that there is a night club on the side of the hotel on which our room was located. The nightclub would play very loud music until early in the morning, and this disrupted our sleep. I would recommend asking for a room on the other side of the hotel from the nightclub. Unfortunately, the nightclub is on the beach side of the hotel. So while the music was irritating late at night, the view was enjoyable day and night! I would stay there again.

  Star city NHA Trang hotel Vietnam

  This hotel located at the very convenient location right beside the beach. The room is nice and clean very roomy. The staff are great they are really friendly and very helpful especially Annie Nguyen at the front desk. And General manager Mr. Durg. All kind of seafood in walking distance.

  Comfortable Hotel

  Located in Tran Phu street thats along the beach with beautiful coconut trees, palm trees or many kinds of flower. Convenient for hangout with clubs, bars and restaurants nearby; Reasonable room rate (compared with the same level hotel); Friendly staff with smiling always. ->>> Its wonderful for for all type of visit.

  An unforgettable experience

  From the moment I arrived at Starcity Hotel until It for time for me to leave, the staff made sure I would have a wonderful holiday experience. The Hotel is centrally located, lovely spacious rooms with an excellent view and private beach right outside. The staff there knows throughly about their city and can help make good travel itinerary if you dont have one already. One thing that was most special to me was that they upgraded me to a sea view room and even got me a cake as it was my birthday! They were one of the most helpful, caring and loving people Ive ever met! The hospitality here would make you want to go back again, which I certainly did :) A special thanks to Trieu, the lovely lady at the front desk, who is now also a very close friend to me for making my experience in Nha Trang an unforgettable one!
