  Algo alejado pero tranquilo, seguro e impecable

  El hotel es pequeño y nuevo. La decoracion muy linda, las habitaciones espaciosas, comodas, agradables. El aire acondicionado no queda encendido cuando uno no esta en la habitacion y eso es un inconveniente porque hace muchisimo calor y al llegar de la calle la habitacion esta caliente y tarda en refrescarse. De todos modos el personal es fantastico y hacen todo para que la estancia sea agradable. Cuando fui el desayuno no estaba incluido, y el que ordene no era bueno. Sin frutas ni jugos. Solo omelette pequeño y a veces una tostada, muy escaso en verdad. Importante: el hotel esta dentro de un complejo habitacional cerrado, a unas tres cuadras del acceso por la calle principal del barrio, que se llama Petitenget (tanto la calle como el vecindario). No es lejos en terminos de distancia, pero para ir andando lo es porque el calor es muy fuerte. Se encuentra cerca de restaurantes sofisticados: Sardine, cafe Jemme, Metis, estan a una cuadra. Para moverse desde el hotel durante el dia se requiere moto o taxi. Es un hotel de bajo presupuesto pero en el que uno se siente como si estuviera en un hotel de mucho mas nivel, es un hotel boutique nuevo y con muy buen gusto. Si busca comodidad y confort a bajo precio, este es el lugar. Deberá resignar ubicación.

  Stayed over the weekend.. pros and needs improvement

  Stayed in summertime over the weekend with my husband and toddler. Had a mixed review over the stay. Pros: Good location, near to shops and food but still located in a private residence with good security. For the price, it is well bargain for. Polite and helpful staff Needs improvement: I really do not know where the mosquitoes are from. Every night I kill about 5-6 and some are still flying around, despite me closing the door quickly when we enter. Cleanliness need improvement. My toddler boy dropped his toy underneath the bed. The layer of dust can be seen. The staff needs to enforce some rules to the guest. For 2 nights, the guests come back "high" at 1 am, the floors to the 2nd level are thin, so we can hear them stomping up. Then at 3 am, u can hear someone preparing food and cooking food in the kitchen. Therefore, this may not be suitable for families with young toddler but will be good for others.

  Great property, wonderful stay!

  We spent 3 nights at Summerhome Umasari in Seminyak and it was a great stay. The rooms are very spacious and have an elegant look and feel, very tastefully done. The bathroom is also spacious and nice. There isn't much of a view from the room, but never mind. The hotel is nicely located in a very quiet residential area and most of the famous landmarks, restaurants and pubs in Seminyak are not too far away, making it ideal. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Bike rentals can be arranged, but one would need to intimate the front desk the previous night. They also have tie-ups with agencies for day tours to Nusa Penida and other activities (bargaining recommended). The breakfast options can be improved. We ate our breakfast outside every day as we wanted to explore as well. All in all, a very satisfactory and comfortable stay at very affordable prices.

  10 days in Seminyak

  The rooms at Summerhome Umasari are decorated in a really nice way and are very spacious, there was not much of a view from the window but the rooms were filled with natural light. The staff here are lovely and helpful. The location is good, a 20 minute walk from the beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants, it was easy to walk to everything I needed. The swimming pool is very small and doesn't get much sunlight so didn't use it once, but it is close enough to the beach that I did not stay. Overall this hotel is very good value for money and I would stay again, as a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and safe here.

  Spacious bedroom and bathroom

  Was in the room 102 for 3 nights stayed It located in front of the pool that was not really cleaned and nobody swim at that time The room was spacious and clean Even though they only have refrigerator and heater as cooking stuff But I like the bathroom it was cleaned and spacious enough I didnt try the food tho
