  Reasonable price

  First of all the staffs are very very nice, friendly and helpful. They can provide all the information you need. The breakfast they cooked was delicious too. The location was not close to any shopping mall or beach. But it offer a very quiet environment if you wish to stay away from the noise. However, the environment was a bit old when compared to the photos. The room was not perfectly clean but it was acceptable for us. Overall I think the villa is providing excellent service with a very reasonable price.

  Beautiful is an understatement

  Located in the Seminyak street THE light Exclusive Villa is a great choice for travellers 10 mins away from the Seminyak street which is a tourists delight from massage dinning and shopping you name it you have it all. Courteous staff very clean and spacious villas we booked a villa with a private pool had to cut our trip short because of the possible eruption of the Mt Agung but I am going back for sure . My special thanks to Ayu the sweet lady at the Reception and to all the friendly and helpful staff.. Surely recommend this place.

  AMAZING Experience, private villa rental with incredible food!

  We rented this Villa for a group of 19 (the whole Villa consists of rooms surrounding the beautiful pool). The management team was helpful every step of the way in accommodating out every request. The rooms were clean and the grounds well maintained. The staff were happy to help with breakfast, laundry, shuttle rides, power bars, you name it! There is also late night security at the front so that the villa is manned 24/7. I have to give a special shoutout to Gus, the on-site chef. He worked tirelessly with his team to prepare lunch and dinner for our group, catering to everyone's tastes (spicy, non spicy, vegetarian or not, etc) and prepared large portion, varied meals every day for our group. Everyone in the group commented in particular on the quality of the food! I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking to organize a group or even a solo outing. The layout is intimate and perfect for a retreat or a family reunion, etc. The on-site wifi was okay, but spotty at times; but hey if you here on a holiday it may be a good time to put down your cell phone and enjoy all of the breathtaking beauty of the island! It is a little bit further from the busier parts of the island but its very nice and quiet compared to the loud hustle and bustle in Kuta & Seminyak. The staff are more than happy to call you an honest Blue Bird taxi (on meter) to take you anywhere for cheap!

  Good location.

  Great little villas clean and tidy lovely big bathroom. Friendly staff. Great spot for good local restaurants. Lovely big fluffy towels. Great cleaning service which was done while we were at breakfast every morning.

  Cheap but run down

  We stayed a week renting 11 rooms, mixed feelings about the place: Positive: - Refreshing pool, - ideal for large groups to hire out complete place. - Cheap. - good wifi, aircon - nice gardens surrounding rooms and pool. Negatives: - very dirty bathrooms, beds with no covers over dooners, dirty looking towels. No change in towels. - breakfast $7 for nasigoren (tourist rip), couldn't get meals right, missing drinks, lacking in seats. - doors to rooms not closing completely thus mosquitos in rooms. - needs taxi to get anywhere. Very local shops only by foot. - run down: rooms smelt of mould, paint peeling, drains blocked.
