  Good place to spent a night or 2 during your stay in hue. The location is quite good and the price is ok. The staff is kindly and help in case u need some advice. The room is quite clean but the air conditioning was not working properly.

  Worse Hotel in Vietnam

  Myself and my girlfriend had booked to stay here for four nights with a travel agent. Upon arrival, they had trouble finding our booking. After checking in and enjoying a day out in Hue we returned to the management pointing at us and calling us to the desk. They began to explain that they were not happy with the rate at which our travel agent had got the price for and said they did not except online bookings. They asked us simply to pay again for all four nights upfront at their rate and sort out our on refund or check out immediately. We found them very aggressive at this point and not very understanding. Having no option we asked to stay for the night whilst we looked for better accommodation. We signed a form detailing we owed no more money. After arriving back from our night out we found two dirty mattresses against our wall and then we were greeted by a cockroach and ants. When checking out the management tried too charge us more money for the room and refused to release our passports. After much arguing the reluctantly let us leave.

  Look somewhere else in Hue

  I found the service to be very helpful and polite but the beds were like a concrete slab with a blanket on my back. Very hard to be comfortable in. Most of the powerpoints did not work in our room. Bathroom was very disgusting to shower in. Yes, it's hard to expect lots for a hotel in Huê but do look other places.

  Ok hotel

  It was a nice stay as the hotel wasn't over crowded so I stayed in a room with just one more girl in a 4 bed room, so that was perfect! The aircon is perfect. The only downsized is that the common area need to improve as it looks old. The breakfast wasn't included and they don't offer bycicle tours anymore. If you want you have to find a group of minimum 5 pax. The bycicles are good as they are new, and the staff is very nice too.

  Nice stay

  Nice stay at quite hotel. Dorm room was big and mattresses were comfy. Staff was great and very helpful. Helped us cancel a motorbike rental booking and offered us a cheaper option for us to ride from Hue to Hoi an. The girls were super nice and funny. Also gave us free breakfast! highly recommend
