  Perfect family stay!

  We stayed in the 2 storey villa - loads of room and lovely accommodation. The staff are so helpful. The pool is great and breakfast is served by the river every morning. 20 min walk into Hoi An or 5 mins by cab (east to get a cab back too). 10 mins from the beach. Loads of room for children to play. Quiet and restful.

  Splendid villa setting perfect for a family holiday.

  The villa was beautiful, with a lovely, lush garden setting. Spacious with high ceilings, our two-storey, two bedroom villa had ensuite bathrooms up and down, with a big bathtub upstairs. The pool is a good size , the kids loved having such easy access! Mini-bar is well-stocked and the prices so good. Breakfast is provided daily with a great selection of western and Vietnamese foods. The location is tucked down a laneway next to a river. Bicycles are available for an easy ride into town. Taxis are cheap and amazing. The staff- Lan and her team were so lovely. Welcoming and caring, and we were very sad to say goodbye. We stayed 10 nights and I will recommend Van Lan Riviera to anyone going to Hoi An.

  Peace of Mind for Family

  The 7 of us stayed for a week at Van Lan Riviera and the staff provided an excellent service all the time. We had to make some changes to our initial plans but the management team was understanding and flexible. The manager even took us for a basket boat ride on the river in front of the hotel. The team can arrange tours, taxis, laundry and more...The pool is ideal for children of all ages. It has steps which are good for younger kids. The villas are spacious and comfortable compared to other places charging a similar price or more. Thats a must when you have kids on rainy days...The breakfast is included and very decent. You can choose various options. Because we stayed before Xmas, the staff gave our kids a small gift to enjoy. Hence, the picture of the cute little rein deer! One more thing, the main Internet is super fast which is great for Netflix, Video calling and and streaming apps.

  Value for money - local, friendly, wonderful hospitality and delicious breakfasts

  Our second stay at Van Lan Riviera and we were welcomed back like family! 2 x families of 4 travelling together and we stayed in the 2 available 2 storey villas. Accommodation is not 5 star, but it is not intended to be - it is however super comfortable and the service is incredibly attentive and so friendly - thank you Lan, Thuong and Thuan, especially! Great pick up service from airport, communication leading up to and during our stay - staff went out of their way to make us feel so happy during our stay. Small but super clean and refreshing swimming pool. Free bikes to explore local life situated half way between Cua Dai beach and Hoi An ancient town. Local Vietnamese breakfasts are delicious by the river, too! A couple of noisy roosters nearby do wake early (from around 3.00am) so packing earplugs would be well advised if you are a light sleeper! Additional blockout blinds might be helpful too - sun rises before 5.00am in Hoi An over summer. We miss the kindness, efforts and genuine hospitality of all staff, so much, already now that we are home!

  Nice couple of days

  We stayed in the villas for three nights with a group of four. The owners were very friendly and helpful. One of the most hospitable people weve met. Every morning there is breakfast of your choice. You can just tell them the Day before. It was clean, and they helped us with information, taxis and a private driver who drove us to all our destinations. Over all a very good experience!
