  Estupendo!!

  La habitación no era muy grande pero era moderna y nos daba a la parte de detrás por lo que veíamos la Torre Tsutenkaku muy chula. Es un hotel que la recepción está en la 7º planta, debajo hay un Don Quijote que es una tienda donde puedes comprar de todo, me pareció super curioso que desde la quita planta con la llave de la habitación entrabas directamente a la tienda sin tener que salir a la calle. De nuevo había amenities en recepción para coger los que necesitases, en recepción nos guardaron las maletas hasta que volvimos sobre las 20h a hacer el check-in, el desayuno era abundante está en una zona super animada y muy cerca para un autobús que nos dejó directamente en la Terminal 1 del aeropuerto para volver por 12 yenes.

  Well located and appointed

  Excellently located a few minutes walk from Tennoji station (on JR, Subway & private railways), we spent four nights here in November. The easiest way to get to the hotel is to go down to the subway level, then look for exit 5. At the top of the stairs, turn 180 degrees and follow the path along to Don Quixote, next to which is a lift lobby, where you catch the lift to the 7th floor reception. The hotel makes clever use of mirrors throughout the reception level to give the impression of space, while the view across Tennoji Park is exceptional. The room was typically Japanese-sized, but the bathroom felt a little larger than normal. A neat feature on the in-house TV channel was being able to monitor the availability of the washing machines on level 10 not only did it show you which ones were in use, but how many minutes each one had remaining. Breakfast, served at the reception level, comprised a mix of Japanese and Western items, with sufficient variety to suit most. The attentive staff kept things under control, even at busy times. The hotel is within a short distance of several shopping centres, as well as the Abeno Harukas skyscraper, so makes an excellent base from which to explore Osaka. We would happily stay here again.

  Perfect! All I needed is a pool!

  Great place! Three-minute walk from Tennoji train station, the Harukas 300 Mall, probably 10 minute walk to Osaka Tower. The neighborhood is absolutely fantastic, as in no better place to stay!! The service is also impeccable, breakfast, front desk and housekeeping are extremely polite and ready to serve, breakfast is tasty, the dining room has a view of Osaka Tower and Tennoji Zoo. It's awesome. Well the rooms are well maintained and the sleep quality is OK, but they are still tiny. As I understood everything in Japan. Not to complain, but yes, they are tiny. Also, no pool (missed that) and no bar (had to go outside for drinks). Thanks Via Inn Abeno, enjoyed my stay!

  Clean, good breakfast

  The bed was comfortable. This room had modern amenities such as USB charging ports next to the bed. The toilet, sink, and bath room was all modern fixtures. Nice lighting. Nice large TV. The breakfast had mostly items to please Chinese guests but there were plenty of "western" things to eat like eggs, bread, etc. I was very satisfied.

  Visit twice already

  The hotel quite near Tennoji station, included breakfast and you need to colleact the amenities you need at the lobby. Staff can communicate in Japanese, English and Mandarin.Got donki supermarket downstair. Can go shopping at anytime you want.
