  very helpfull reception staff

  We had a large room, with a double bed (and an extra bed). There was also a minimal kitchenette, (which we didn't use actually), but it may be useful to make some coffee or tea. the refrigerator was priceless (the weather was very hot). The bathroom was also large enough. I would suggest some small improvements (e.g. something to put your soap on while taking your shower). The room was clean, but as we stayed only for 1 and a half days (2 nights), I cannot review the cleaning services. The breakfast was included, it was satisfactory ( cheese, butter, some cold cuts, eggs, sausages). I would like to point out that the man at the reception was very kind and helpful, giving us all the directions we needed. The hotel is not within acceptable walking distance from the city center (but still not too far, about 2-3 bus stops, it takes 5-10 minutes to get there by bus).

  Una gran decepción

  La realidad no resulta ni de lejos según te la imaginas viendo las fotos o leyendo los comentarios. Nuestra habitación si bien era grande, el mobiliario dejaba bastante que desear, asi como la ropa de cama, con una funda nórdica como papel de fumar, un trapo a modo de cortina que no tapaba ni el ancho de la ventana. La iluminación del baño siendo interior era bastante pobre. El desayuno normalito, si eres de los que desayuna sólo dulce, unicamente tienes pan de molde con mantequilla y mermelada. El aparcamiento del coche tiene que ser en un solar de grijo porque en la calle no se puede aparcar. Hay que pagar 5 zlotys al día. Creo que por este precio tiene que haber cosas mejores. No lo recomiendo.

  Estancia muy buena

  Quedamos encantados con la habitación. Grande, limpia y el personal muy amable. Está a unos 15min andando del centro, nada lejos y está bien comunicado con autobuses urbanos. Calidad/precio muy bueno.

  Lovely hotel

  We stayed here for 11 nights. We had a lovely room, very spacious with a large bed, sofa and plenty of storage space. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. The owner picked us up from the airport and as it was around 9pm when we landed after he had taken us to a the hotel and shown us our room he then took us into the town so that we could have an evening meal. Nothing was too much trouble and we would highly recommend this hotel.

  Clean and inexpensive, good for short stay.

  Need a place to stay for 5 days in Krakow, picked this one, close to downtown and easy out to the country. You will get clean towel, soap and body wash. Clean place, very accommodating staff and good breakfast. Eggs and sausage made fresh when you get to the breakfast area. It's OK for adults, I don't think kids will have room to stay, yard is small and not very organize, that's why I give 4 for cleanliness. There are few tables and chairs, to relax, have a beer and smoke. There is no smoking inside, good. There is small kitchen with table wear, pots and pans. Nicely finish bathroom, rest of the room is OK, building is old but conformable. You do have obstacle course to get from and to parking lot. Street is in need of repairs, parking lot is gravel. If you have wheels on your luggage, to bad, need to carry it. I did have option for transportation from airport, but from travel agency not from hotel, but I opt out to rent the car. There is 10 zlotych charge for parking per night, it's not bed price, $3. There is no place to park on the street.
