  Average hotel with a wonderful location

  Average hotel a wonderful location The presence of the hotel on the sea is so great and the place is easy to reach Hotel Very close to the airport ordinary breakfast and it is enough to start the day But experience a problem with in the family suite only accessible after the use of stairs It is not suitable for families with older members age It was giving me an apartment in alternative non-hotel location was convenient solution is a fairly, but not in hotel There he was named Delaware excellent employees actually helped me a lot for help

  Very Good Hotel / Poor Services

  I was there for 4 nights. The hotel and the room with the furniture are perfect and deserve 4 stars instead of 3, but the knowledge of the employees and the available services are very poor and you need to depend on yourself in many things. Positives: + The hotels looks new and luxury. + New furniture. + Friendly receptionist and supportive manager. + Quite hotel and rooms. + Nice Glassy elevator. + Breakfast is available with different options. + Close to the airport. + Close to a mini market and petrol station. + Amazing sea view. Negatives: - The staff almost new and they have lack of informations. - Except the manager, no one speaks english. - There was a smell in the bathroom and strange noice coming from the roof sometimes. - The lock of my room window was not working and I informed the staff but they did nothing not even changed my room. - Far from downtown almost 15 min by car and no shuttle service available. - The kitchen staff need to smile a little to let guests be comfortable. In general the positives are more especially if you rent a car and avoided the taxis.

  Amazing

  Hotel has High quality of service. I liked breakfast also team is very helpful. Room is very large and had very relaxing perfume. I feel very happy and relaxed once I stepped in. Some small maintenance is required for the floor tiles, that will make everything perfectly good. Team are very nice, everone is smilling and they have sorted out all my requests In general the Stay was very good and I am really satisfied

  Strange place

  We stayed here for just a night and that was more than enough. This place is dramatically over-priced - don't even consider paying more than £40/$50 a night. The hotel is located in a strip mall on the edge of a dual carriageway. There is nothing around so if you don't have a car I certainly wouldn't consider staying here. The rooms are relatively clean, but a tad musty smelling. Beds are old and lumpy and you can hear all the noise of the road. You enter through a new reception which is very grand, but the rooms themselves are in the next unit, which is much older. All the staff (and there were many) appear to be young guys, none of whom speak much English and none of whom seem particularly competent. Check-in took about 25 minutes as the guy was on whatsapp the entire time. Three of his colleagues were lounging around watching videos on youtube. A similar dynamic at check-out where they didn't speak a single word to us despite me asking "is everything OK, is check-out complete?" (I speak a basic level of Turkish). Breakfast is a surprise. The restaurant is above the reception in the newly renovated building so the environment is good and there is quite a lot of choice on the buffet. Very Turkish style so lots of cheese, meats, olives etc - very little sweet things. Plenty of Turkish tea, but the coffee is just Nescafe. Trabzon is a depressing place - there is not really anything to see and it feels very conservative with lots of women fully covered in niqabs and gloves - including in the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again, but I wouldn't go to Trabzon again either.

  Good hotel and breakfeast, very clean hotel everything is realy wonderfullthank hotel manager meriya and all staff .. insallah i will come back in summer realy good time i had thank u my lovely hotell
