Very good price and comfortable enoughPretty rough around the edges but not too bad for the price. The a/c did not work, I had to fiddle with the switch to get the water heater to work and the toilet would fill with water only occasionally. Problems they seemed to know about but haven't got to yet. It was cool enough at night so slept with the window open and amazingly quiet being in the heart of the city. Beds were comfortable and building itself was pretty quiet. All in all pretty good for the price if they get maintenance taken care of.

Good for 2 travelersThis hotel is perfect for single or two travelers. The rooms are small and tidy but not very comfortable. Its located in the center of the city, and you can reach all interesting facilities by walking distance. Also there are a lot of restaurants and bars near where you can have meal or drink. The most important thing is that no one is bothering you during the stay and you can feel safe. I recommend this accommodations for travelers for short stay.

DON'T STAY HERE. I had a very bad experienceDON'T STAY HERE. I had a very bad experience with them. I had booked a Double Room with river view, but I was given a room on the bottom floor WITHOUT a window, which looked nothing like any of the photos. It had no ventilation, was dark and very warm. They told me this was because I had not given credit card information to confirm my booking and so they had to give me the last room available. However, I HIGHLY doubt this because: 1) When I booked it through Booking.com it was already the last room available. 2) I arrived at 14:00 when check-in starts. 3) In the e-mail I received from them it said I could also confirm my booking by phone. They messaged me two days prior to arrival and I responded. My friend even spoke to them on the phone, what more confirmation do you need?! If it is true, guests need to be properly informed they have to leave credit card info, which I wasn't (and this option is not available through Booking.com). It was deeply unprofessional but I still had to pay the same price. Aside from being given the wrong room and being outright lied to, the receptionist tried to be nice but was also condescending. I asked for a refund so I could leave and they refused. Other things to keep in mind: - They have bad security. A picture with the code to the front door is posted in a Google review for all to see. This front door was also left open at times and my room (which was directly behind this front door) was only locked with a simple key. It didn't feel good to go out and leave my belongings in this place. - The bathroom was put together by an amateur. Horrible finishing, holes in the wall, the sink is directly in front of the toilet (good luck getting on it) and the toilet is not fixed to the floor and will tilt sideways. The shower is right next to toilet and it's impossible to shower without getting the toilet/sink/floor utterly wet as there is no shower curtain. As I mentioned, no proper ventilation so everything stays wet. In fact, the floor was wet when I arrived. - I woke up in the middle of the night because of scratching noises in one corner of the room. They have at least one unwelcome guest in a wall somewhere. My guess is a mouse or a rat. - The queen's bed is not a queen's bed, but regular sized double bed. It's old, creaks with every movement and overall not very comfortable. - The bed sheets are old and rough to the touch. I felt like I was sleeping in a bed of sandpaper. - The WiFi comes from a restaurant nearby. The reach of the WiFi was ridiculously bad. I didn't have any reception in my room, only if I stood out in the hall outside. As a traveler with no data in North Macedonia and being promised good WiFi, this really sucked. - There was a small TV but no remote. - They seem to have no reception, only a meeting point at a restaurant. You are contacted directly by the "receptionist" who messages you on your personal number. - Fridge was not plugged in so if you want to use it you have to wait several hours for it to cool. - In general: don't expect any comforts at all. There is no power socket near the bed to charge your phone, no lamp on the bedside table. Walls are thin. There is no chair, no cups, no coat rack or hooks (not even in the bathroom), empty walls, the extra blanket and pillow have no covers, etc. In short, it felt cheap and as if I had been conned. Horrible room and horrible service for 18 euros. It really ruined my last day in Skopje and you should stay far away.
