  Full of surprises

  Once we step into the courtyard, the magic unveils and continues to surprise and delight us every day. Every room is an arts display! Its no wonder as the owner is an arts dealer. The rooms are large, ours was 900 sq ft! Just captivating! very chic n avande grade. Its a little pricy but it's worth it - it's right in the centre of the city and we were able to enjoy a relaxing breakfast in the grand salon and the balcony by the little brook with crystal clear water. Shopping is easy - we can buy and download it to our room and do more shopping especially during sunday market (a lot of people drive in on the day for the market so traffic is bad until 1.30 when market closes which is another good reason to stay in center of town. On the fourth floor, which was a clever addition to the original structure, you get a paranomic view of the whole city. We were invited for wine one evening at the rooftop and another time at the courtyard- conversation was mostly french with smattering of English to be inclusive, which was sweet of them. Isabelle, who runs the operations, was a great hostess and gave us good restaurant advice so we avoided the tourist traps and dine well in jardin au quai and le vivier(one Michelin star) which is a longer walk but well worth it. I was the first Singaporean visitor they had, and i learnt that a big smile, saying bonjour, Merci beau coup and au revoir will get you positive responses almost all the time :-)

  Lovely Stay

  We stayed at Artishow for a few days in August 2014. The house is a delight stuffed with interesting art, a lovely swimming pool and clean spacious rooms. An island of tranquility is the beautiful bustling town of Isle de la Sorgue. Finally the hosts, Yves and Isabelle are genial, polite and most welcoming. We would thoroughly recommend this beautiful establishment.

  We had a wonderful stay

  Artishow is located in the heart of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the location is a winner especially if you arrive for the weekend which is highly recommended as Sunday is Market day and you enter the market just as you leave the Artishow. The B&B is very artistic and the atmosphere is great, the owner and staff are very nice and make you feel welcome. Rooms are huge and the bathroom as well, everything is very clean and breakfast was superb. Pro's: Location Location Location, The rooms, The owner & Staff Con's: The Swimming pool is more of a plunge pool... and a little bit of touch up in the rooms and public areas is required. All in all very recommended.

  Artsy fun and comfortable hotel icentrally located on the cute little island

  The b&b had a lot of character, cool art everywhere and unique rooms and suites. There was a cool pool and even a rooftop that unfortunately we didn't have time to take advantage of. The hosts, Yves and Isabelle, were so lovely! Our room was super cool with tons of art, lovely facilities, clean, good air conditioning (it was hot out) and comfy beds! We were traveling with a two year old and they were able to provide a cot for the little one and even had toys to play with. When we arrived they introduced us to their son and daughter in law who were visiting at the time and their two year old grandson. The decadent spread that Isabelle put out every morning was tasty and filling. Our second morning, she even had a child setting at the cute communal table where guests eat breakfast each morning. The wifi was good quality and free. They gave us maps and helpful information about restaurants and villages to visit! I'd definitely stay there again. The location was also central in the village. The stairs up to the rooms were super cool almost like going up castle steps but not very fun with heavy luggage but Isabelle and Yves were quick to call in help and made sure the luggage made it to our rooms easily! I wouldn't suggest trying to drive to the hotel. We made that mistake and with the size of our car, it felt a bit national lampoon's for a few minutes. We ended up parking in a parking lot and walking through the little village to it. We then opted for the private parking (which Yves came in the car with me to help me find). It was an extra cost but worth it given the amount of luggage we had (especially traveling with children's stuff).

  What a place!!!!!

  We stayed at the Artishow three nights, is the best "experience" that I had in a Luxury Boutique Hotel. You have art everywhere, I stayed in the Cezanne room, was incredible and unique. it is impossible to describe this place in words. The hosts are superb (thanks for the tips!!!) The breakfast is excellent ! The location is great, walking distance (couple of minutes) to great restaurants and shops. Public parking (free) three blocks. Thank you, I hope to be there again!!!
