  Muy ruidoso y de difícil acceso

  A favor diremos que las habitaciones cuentan con calienta cama, aire acondicionado y jarra eléctrica con café, té y azúcar. También cuenta con frigobar La habitación es limpia y pequeña. La entrada es difícil de visualizar y de difícil acceso. Está sobre la ruta, y cerca de la estación de tren, por lo que resulta ruidoso en la noche. La ubicación no está buena, los restaurantes están a una distancia considerable, y hace necesario el uso del auto.

  Where do I begin? What a nightmare!

  I stayed here for one night, and what a long night it was. For the $79 per night, it should more be like $50. Whilst I can't fault the check-in service, the rooms are in need of desperate maintenance. The room I stayed in room 6, did have some new looking linen, tells were somewhat old and heavily used, bathroom ad patches of cement where previous leaks have occurred, the TV worked intermittently, and worst of all was the unbelievable amount of noise coming from both sides of the motel. On one side you have trucks coming past at all hours of the night. In fact it is so loud, they sound like they are right at your door. The trains are no better. There is a train line right behind the motel. This made for a completely sleepless night, and I should have spent the extra $15 and stayed at another motel away from the highway. Whilst this would be a good budget option for staying in the Blue mountains, I do not recommend it. The noise alone is enough to put anybody foul mood whilst on vacation. do yourself a favour and find another motel. You will be glad you did.

  Bates Motel - Dont even consider it

  Omg This place is truely awful. The Rooms are tired and fairly original but dont normally mind if its cheap and cheerful - this is not. Noise is big issue - trucks dont stop all night but again I can deal with that. What I cannot deal with is a seemingly deserted hotel that may be right on the highway but feels deserted and footsteps outside the room on and off all night. Cant even provide a review of the staff as they have a really hard to use self check in - maybe they are hiding Hotel was $125 per night so wasnt expecting too much but you couldnt even pay me to stay here again.

  Family weekend away

  Rooms very basic however clean and big enough for families. great location. Considering how long you are in rooms it was perfect. Beds comfy, a/c electric blankets. Staff was friendly. Quiet location other than being on the main road. Close to shops and eateries.

  Tired and Disappointing - Management pictures from 2017 are not reflective of now

  Needed a good clean with some elbow grease - would have made a huge difference to unit's presentation and guest comfort. Noise from highway was to be expected but from the fridge and aircon unit were not. Tatty edged towels also not necessary surely. ** Bed was comfy. Not to hard a walk into town (about 1.5km) - access for cars/taxi is a bit of a nightmare with the traffic lights and highway right outside but doable.
