  Pleasant stay

  Central Hotel, " Staff were nice and friendly, Rooms nice&clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Restaurant was pretty basic an could of done with a bit more variety, Swimming pool was OK with nice views of the city and surrounding area's, Overall a Pleasant stay and would defiantly stay again ,

  Nice hotel, great location

  I stayed in this hotel for 10 days in a business trip. Was a very comfortable stay. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness perfect. Enough Internet speed. The breakfast was just ok. The location is perfect in the city Centre.

  The stars reflect the quality...

  Many a time when you stay in a supposedly 5 * hotel you think that the number of stars are unjustified and/or inflated. Not in this very good hotel, very centrally located in this lovely city. Rooms are spacious, breakfasts abundant, and the quality of service, from bell boys and reception to waiters in the dining room, flawless. Recommended place to stay while in Buon Ma Thuot.

  Stunning and authentic

  I stayed here for 2 nights and was sorry to leave. I have never come accross friendlier staff who gave 100% despite language difficulties. I speak not a word of Vietnamese but they helped me to communicate and offered fantastic service. The building, room and bed were all first class but this hotel is not in London so don't expect bacon for breakfast or steak for dinner. Don't expect Tetleys tea bags in your room or English soaps on the TV. This hotel is Vietnamese and quite rightly proud to be so. This hotel is a shining example of Vietnamese service and friendliness.

  not a bad hotel, but horribly overpriced at $100/night

  We had reserved a room at another hotel, but they didn't have our reservation and were full so we went to this hotel. A mistake. We thought it was a luxury hotel. It has large rooms but it is by no means a luxury hotel. The work chair at the desk is just another wood chair (without cushions) from the hotel restaurant. The AC is so underpowered it took three hours for the room to cool down after we arrived. The shower didn't have hot water in the morning, just warm water. It was better that evening and the next day. There was no switch for one of the lights, so I had to call the hotel engineer to work the bedside program to turn it off. It even took him a while to figure it out. There is a tub with a shower, but the tub is placed near a wall, with no caulking or wrap around shower curtain, so the water hits the wall and runs down outside the tub. The TV is about 20 feet from the head of the bed, so you can't really see it at that distance. The toilet roll holder is behind the toilet seat, very difficult to reach. I could go on, but the design shortcomings are endless. The bed is actually reasonably comfortable, as are the pillows. If the AC was strong enough, you could get a decent night's sleep. The restaurant breakfast buffet has only Vietnamese food. Probably no westerners stay at this hotel. The only Western food was runny yogurt, and you could have made to order eggs. Service tries to be accommodating, but they speak very little English. Finally, there are more than a dozen steps to the hotel, maybe 15 or so. Bellboys carry the suitcases up and down the stairs, but that is ridiculous. Why not make the entrance ground level. I felt sorry for the bellhops, but this is insanely stupid design. Try to find another hotel.
