  Run when conferences take place at the hotel

  Good hotel, good facilities, very kind staff. Very strong downside is that management gives too much preference to conferences and companies and pretty much forget other guesta. Very noisy bedrooms close to the pool because of night cocktails that will last until buyer says enough, crowded meals. I've stayed there 4 times (for 5 days ina row each time) and have had those reportes issues above at all times. When not having conferences in, I do recommend the stay

  Quiet hotel at the edge of Itu

  I was given a new room (no.3) - fairly large and functional. Windows of extremely poor quality which turns a small wind outside into a noise storm in your room! When the weather allows, I believe that the outdoor swimming pool is good. Breakfast is nothing special and menu for lunch/dinner is very average. For those running, there is a 2km track around the hotel which is safe to go. For business visit, the place is fine. I would though not stay there for holidays.

  Okay but not special

  We stayed for one week in the hotel. When you compare photos and reality then you work out the difference quickly. Rooms were okay, installation and maintenance seems to be poor. Bathroom okay, cleanliness seems to be okay, too. Staff friendly but hardly anybody speaks English. Breakfast is okay but not special. Choice okay, taste sometimes bad. It is the ugly restaurant that makes a strange atmosphere. All in all it is okay for breakfast and sleeping but not for more

  Interesting in a mixed bag sort of way

  The Good: Beautiful property Great customer service by staff Restaurant and room service on the property Nice pool Clean rooms and lobby Firm pillows The Bad: Brown water No hot water in the evenings Shower that goes from very hot to freezing Lots of mold in shower Flimsy bed Weird elevator with buttons that are REALLY hard to push I would stay here again as there arent lots of other options in the area.

  Average hotel

  I stayed for one week in this hotel for business. I was on the first floor at the end of the hall, in a corner. My room had three separate areas. The living room area with a loveseat, desk, tv and mini refrigerator. The bedroom had a nice closet with a couple drawers for clothes, queen size bed. The bathroom was huge, double sink (which filled up while water ran), jacuzzi tub, and walkin shower. There were floor to ceiling windows in living room and bedroom, since I was on the ground, I had a view of some plants and a wall. The only outlet I found was in the bathroom, which was not good because you couldn't plug in other devices. The hotel was not very full on Monday, therefore, I had to get al a carte for breakfast, in which no one spoke English. They found someone, however, he didn't speak it very well. I got fruit and roll. The rest of the week was better, nice spread of options from fruit to eggs, everything in between. The dining area was large and nice. The hotel is close to a shopping center and restaurants, it is also located on a busy highway so I would not suggest walking to these places. Very few staff spoke English, so be prepared for this.
