  Muy recomendable pero sin niños pequeños. Fantastico.

  Un hotel pequeñísimo, con todo tipo de detalles, perfecto para parejas. 12 Habitaciones/Chalet, que están muy bien decoradas. Un bar muy pequeño, un spa pequeño pero muy bueno (faltan hamacas) y un bar/salón aun mas pequeño pero que es suficiente si vas en pareja. La decoración es fantástica, el persona es perfecto, el trato personal es impresionante y el ambiente extraordinario. Si vas en pareja no dudes. Es como estar en casa, en tu Chalet, con un muy buen servicio. El director te saluda cada mañana, el Rooms Manager (Alex) es fantástico y saben lo que quieres. Bravo a los chicos que te llevan y te dejan donde quieres en Range Rover, puntuales, rápidos y excelente servicio. Todo en general es maravilloso. Nada que ver con hoteles mas grandes como el Four Seasons. Fantástico

  One fantastic star in Megéve

  Thank you for the best visit at your Chalet. Alex and the whole team are the best! This is not one ordinary hotel this is heaven in the alps! It is like a luxury home away from home! The location are super, the service and the staff are the best super professional and friendly! The rooms with the fireplace are super cozy and spacious. The beds are fantastic! The breakfast are so good with many things to choose from! The SPA are great and so nice after skiing. They also have cars that will drive you whenever you want to go to the alps or to town for dinner or shopping. We had the best time ever! You can not leave this place with another feeling than pure happiness!

  Perfection on perfection

  We have just returned from our second trip to Le Chalet Zannier and it is hard to imagine a better hotel or experience. We had such a wonderful time last year it was difficult to think we could have a more enjoyable time but I think my husband and I plus Pumpkin our Bernese Mountain dog did! Everything about the hotel and staff is second to none. Frederic the General Manager and Alex, the hotel manager have done a spectacular job with Le Chalet Zannier. The room (we stayed in Suite 2) was incredible it was almost too difficult to leave it! Everything is done to the highest standards from the design of the room to the quality of the bathrooms and everything in between. One of the highlights is the amazing fire that is a real centre piece of the suite and I think we kept burning for the full 4 days! The restaurant is amazing! Xavier and his team are truly incredible and the best meals we had in the 4 days in Megeve were at the hotel restaurant. Maxime and the rest of the staff across both breakfast and dinner were amazing and we really felt truly valued as a guest. A particular thanks to Sara who made a superlative Gin and Tonic for my husband on quite a few evenings! Florian, Max, Vincent and all the other staff who help organise everything for guests were fabulous. Every morning we would have a new walk suggested for us and Pumpkin and everyone of them was different and really gave us the opportunity to see the true beauty and Megeve and Haut-Savoie region. All the staff were so friendly to Pumpkin and never mined when she came padding through reception and the lounge with her dirty paws. For any dog lovers, it is truly rare and special when you find a hotel as beautiful as Le Chalet Zannier who treat dogs as well as they do their human guests - thank you! The housekeeping staff were also amazing and never had an issue with Pumpkin in the room and kept it incredibly clean and beautiful, even with a large Bernese Mountain dog roaming around! Needless to say we are already planning our return visit in 2021 and thank you again for a truly amazing 4 days. We miss you already!

  A second home in the Alps

  Kindness. Humanness. Such simple words, yet hard to find in Luxury resorts, often so cold and stiff... This place feels like the home you wish you had in the mountains only better, as it has an impecable five star service and food to die for. We were greeted so kindly every time we encountered anyone that in the end we were quite sad to have to leave. All we can say is thank you. And we really hope to see you soon again in the future.   It feels like a chalet, with the service level of a 5 star hotel

  Outstanding service, very tasteful. A great devcorator ! Very attentive staff. The General Manager, Mr. Chrétien, is always on the lokuout for ways to assist you. Breakfast is very nice. The drivers are so client- and service minded that they look disappointed when you tell them you will walk down or back up ... And we were sorry to have tried the restaurant only on our last night ... thta too was a very nice experience.
