A very good value for money ski hotel with a few minor issues.A very good value for money ski hotel with a few minor issues. The rooms are all recently renovated and clean, modern and comfortable. It is well located to walk to the ski lifts and explore the town. The food is to a good standard every evening with different themes. The staff made an exceptional effort with dinner on New Years eve when we were there. You also get the option to have one night in the second restaurant and have fondue or raclette. You just have to work out when to arrive for each food service. The Dinner finished at 8:30pm which means they start packing away at around 8:25! Therefore you would often see people walk in at 8:30 with no food to eat! The same applies to breakfast which is very frustrating as the food could be left out and it would be a more leisurely experience. At times food felt very rushed. The staff were all very helpful despite not speaking a huge amount of english they were all very accommodating. The hotel when we stayed did have a lot of children some were allowed to run riot up and down the stairs and break the pancake machine every morning! Overall a very good experience if they can improve on the meal timings it would be a lot better.

FunctionalWe booked here in order to be at the resort with friends. The hotel can be defined as a younger kids club for Europeans. Very noisy, lots of activities, more French and Italian. The room was adequate with nice balcony facing the sun. TV, French speaking only, no Tea and coffee, had a bath and shower. The restaurant is a large help yourself, which was very busy and you had to ask staff to clear tables for you. The food wasn't great for my family. Breakfast was traditional continental, not really any choice, just cereal, bread, scrambled/boiled eggs, cheese ham and yoghurt. There was an issue that I had to fight for 2 slices of bread to toast as they had run out. This was due to families using whole loaves to make packed lunches! I personally found this very cheeky and could understand the reluctance of the hotel. However they did deliver for me and the staff were very friendly. Dinner was either very young, pasta, sauces and pizza, or a mature palate of rich stews, which I have to say was good quality and plentiful. Good choice of starters, themed evenings, wine, good cheese. The busy canteen style with children dropping food on the floor was not for us. House keeping comes very early and as we like to hit the slopes after 10.30, had a few days when the room wasn't cleaned. There is a bad smell in the rooms. This could be that all rooms have separate toilets, without expel air, adjacent to the corridors, therefore no way to rid smells. All in all a brilliant resort, fab skiing, hotel fine with very young European families. However just not our personal choice of type of hotel.

Les Deux Alpes ski tripnice and quiet location, within a short walk to the nearest ski chairlift and local high street.room is clean and tidy with excellent view to the mountain. Hotel staffs are very friendly. Love the freshly baked baguette and good selections of delicious and healthy food. We had a great time there and would recommend anyone with friends or family to stay in this resort.
