Still great but wi-fi!!!Second visit and will go again. However the Wi-Fi was very hit and miss all week, we reported this halfway through our visit but it didnt improve. We will not let that prevent us going again. We got a fantastic deal including free ski hire from the adjacent ski shop.

Great apartments!Had a great week as a group of 4 adults in a 2 bedroom apartment. Pros: - 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms is fantastic - one ensuite with toilet and shower and one bathroom with a bath, as well as a separate toilet. - apartment was clean, well heated and spacious for 4 people - kitchen was very well equipped and dishwasher was great - could ski to and from very near the door of the chalet - very useful that we had two keys - staff were friendly - parking garage was great Cons: - wifi should not be relied upon - very hit and miss as it often is in the alps - tv channel list includes English and German channels which were not on our tv - we spoke to a guy at reception about this and said it was because they had not been paid for by the company and so we could not watch tv other than in French - not an issue for us but be aware of the fact this is comprised of multiple buildings so you need to go outside to get to the pool or reception Overall we had a great week in a lovely apartment

Excellent location, nice clean appartmentsBeen here 2 years in a row. Location is unbeatable, right at the slopes. Step outside and walk 100 m to Grizzly lift, opening @ 9 am, closing @ 1715 Ski lockers in some buildings very small and humid, but in building block A they are ok. Helpful , friendly staff. However, we were surprised that there was no supervision at all in the pool and wellness area. Not seen 1 in a whole week. Resulting in guests entering pool area on shoes.... little kids opening hammam and sauna doors every 5 minutes and running in and out. Whirl pool sinmply to cold to sit and relax. To be honest, for a hotel of this level (and price...) not at an acceptable level. Overall again a very good stay , but pool/.wellness needs to be addressed.

A good weekChose this place for access to piste and the spa. Also because it's close to Bourg St Maurice station, as we arrived on the Snow Train. It's well situated, although you have to take the adjacent Grizzly lift to get to the pistes proper. Probably not ideal for beginners. The only annoying thing about the residence is that it's on the side of a hill, which means lots of clomping around in ski boots or to go to the pool, there being no lift between the main block and the apartment blocks. The apartment was small but adequate for a two bedroom. We would have liked a "welcome pack" of food basics, as we arrived after the shops closed and after the last order for breakfast croissants. A ski rental next door was useful. The supermarket is a short walk down the hill. We used the pool and sauna/steam every day. It didn't generally get too busy.

Perfect family ski holidayWe were 16 people, 8 kids and 8 adults in 2 4 bed apartments. The skiing and weather were both perfect but so too was the accommodation. The pool and spa were clean and very good. Almost ski in ski out. The only thing I'd change would be the boot room as there were no boot warmers and it was very small and busy in the morning. We'll be back.
