  RESIDENCIA BIEN SITUADA

  Positivo del apartamento: cocina completa, habitaciones amplias y limpio. Negativo apartamento: Almohadas un desastre (parecian de papel), las sabanas estaban limpias pero habian algunas manchas de oxido, comedor exterior no hay muebles. Horario de recepcion, no abren hasta la 9 mañana. Consejos: Aparte de traer toallas, alfombra de baño, hay que traer material de limpieza, y ambientador. Dejar el apartamento muy limpio, ya que al entrar te obligan a dejar una fianza de 200. Parking, el precio es semanal 22, de lunes a domingo. Por lo de mas muy bien

  Really slow reception

  We have waited more than 1,5 hours in line to get our keys. Only 2 people were on the reception and they said our room wasnt ready. The hotel should be more prepared and get the rooms ready once people arrive.

  Good location but very basic

  Stayed here for a weeks skiing holiday. As a base to ski from it is perfect, situated right next to the ski lift and several ski hire shops. A small reception makes for long queues on arrival. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious but grubby. The bedding was very basic with awful cheap lumpy pillows. The walls were covered in marks. The shower tray cracked, the bath panel broken The kitchen was well equipped although no oven limits your dinner options. The ski storage was the smallest Ive ever seen in 20 years of ski holidays. Tiny cupboards with just enough room for 4 pairs of skis. Certainly no room for your boots, hence everyone ignores the notices forbidding ski equipment in the residence. Some of the ski hire shops near the ski lift offer storage, you are better off using that. The reception is only manned a few hours a day. No facilities for bread delivery in the morning but a nice Boulanger a 10 minute walk. Beware of the strangest check out process I have ever encountered. You need to make an appointment for the morning you leave for an inspection of your apartment. You must be ready to leave as soon as the inspection is over as they dont trust you not to steal anything or break anything in your last hour!! Suggests they have an interesting clientele. The officious nature of the person checking our room made us feel like naughty school children. A cleaning charge of 100 for a 3 bed apartment is absurd, certainly no evidence on arrival that they employ the highest paid cleaners in France!

  Family ski holiday

  Overall a great place due to location. However apartment is let down by poor maintenance, storage and cleanliness. The soft furnishings are filthy and only usable with blankets as a trough. We found it amusing that they took a 60 deposit for cleaning when we left the apartment cleaner than we found it. The parking is restricted due to head height and a little more flexibility from the management team would go a long way i.e. still charge the guest for parking but swap with the staff parking, limited availability but would help. Staff are generally all very pleasant and welcoming.

  Comfortable however checking in was a nightmare

  The apartment/ hotel has good amenities eg jacuzzi and comfortable beds. But if you dont want to be treated like cattle while checking in its not for you. One can only check in after 5pm when there is the whole reception full with ski bags and people. They do all by paper and since they are trying to check in vast numbers this just doesnt work. I would advise them to just use a computer and have more of a system. Having said that the hotel is right next to the ski lift and its warm. They need to fix the check in also they forgot to get our ski passes from the lift which they said they would have once we arrive.
