  We enjoyed our stay here. The two bedroom/two bath condo was great for our family of 5. The room was clean, well maintained and well furnished. The view of the pool and the sound were terrific. The condo was very quiet but our visit was the weekend before Christmas and the property's occupancy was low. No complaints at all.

  Great Pensacola Beach location. Close to shops, restaurants, and of course beaches.

  Staff was very helpful, and informative at check in. The two bedroom unit we stayed in was well equipped, and was very clean upon our arrival. We would definitely consider a stay at the resort in the future.

  Water issues

  This resort does not follow CDC Covid-19 guidelines in cleaning their rooms. Refrigerator handles had fingerprints all over it . Handles to sliding glass doors had dirt and dust on them. Obvious that they had not been wiped down for some time. Lead us to believe that door handles, faucets, light switches, and other areas were not cleaned as well. The bedding was miserable, but then it seems that most resorts keep their maintenance fees every year for things other than replacing outdated and worn out furniture. Profit above your comfort. I'd expect nothing less. There was and unexpected water issue while we were there. Things happen in life. I get that. What I don't understand is management inconsideration in notifying us of the pending repair. The water was turned off in mid-shower. We were furious and demanded to speak to the manager. After that conversation he apologized and assured us it would not happen again. Yeah, you guessed it. The very next day the repair crew showed up and shut the water off. No call, no knock on the door. Guess they have other more important obligations than ensuring that you enjoy your stay. Quickly becomes obvious as to why some of these resorts always have rooms available. If you are an RCI member you're most likely to end up on the third floor. No elevators!! Walls are paper thin. You can hear every noise in the adjoining unit. Everyone's bedtime better match up, otherwise........

  Will be back

  Great location and very nice units. Able to walk virtually everywhere you need to go to for a relaxing vacation. Grocery store a couple miles away. Great beaches , restaurants and bars all close by. Would be a 5 except for the fact of neighbor literally snored all night. Don't know if this was due to thin walls or exceptionally loud snorer but was very annoying! Other than that, a big thumbs up if you want to relax !

  Great Location and View

  Older resort but a great location and full views of the Sound from every unit. Plenty of kitchenware and comfortable furniture. However, "starter kit" with no replacements is not what one expects of an RCI Gold Crown resort - e.g., 3 coffee filters. Cheap! Countertops are formica and in bad shape. Some other wear and tear beginning to show. WiFi was weak. Noise could be heard form upstairs neighbor. Excellent restaurants and beach are within walking distance. Fort Pickens National Seashore area is a short drive and a real gem. It would be helpful for the resort to inform guests in advance that the bridge onto the island no longer accepts cash and how the toll by license plate works. Resort COVID protocols are very weak. IMO, this resort is not a G.C. However, I would consider staying here again after the pandemic is over.
