  Aunque el Lobby del hotel parecía viejo las habitacióes estaban nuevas y limpias, y todo el hotel también, personal amable, baños limpios y nuevos, el desayuno bueno, estacionamiento gratis, wifi gratis, la PSE muy bien

  Todo correcto

  El hotel está bien ubicado y bien señalizado. Un sitio tranquilo. Mi habitación daba a la trasera, por lo que se veía el pueblo, que de noche está muy bonito. Estuvimos fuera de temporada, por lo que la piscina no la echamos de menos. No es caro y el servicio y la limpieza muy correctos. El desayuno suficiente. La wifi rápida. No se puede pedir mucho más.

  Horrible stay

  Duvets full of blood, no iron, horrible service, dont ask the for help they will hate you, they tend to blame the guests. I dont even know where to start with this review...we booked a double room, they gave us a twin room, when we asked them about it they blamed us saying we didnt book right (who does that with their clients). We managed to switch with some of our friends who book a twin and they were put in a double. The hotel although it seems clean at the first glance, its not. The duvets we had in the room they were very dirty and full of blood. There are dead flies, bees and other dead insects on the balconies. The key cards, are all broken and ripped and they stop working all of a sudden and when we told the staff our key isnt working anymore they got upset (we are really sorry for asking them to work). We went there for a wedding, we needed an iron or a service to iron our shirts and suits, but guess what, they dont have an iron or a service. When we asked them about one and told them we are having a wedding at the castle in Monselice, they told us to go to the castle and ask them for an iron. Later, when we told them its unacceptable for a hotel not to have an iron, they did bring us one (30min before having to go for the wedding) so thank you for that (maybe bought it, or someone brought it from home). Food is not bad, but dont miss the hours the kitchen is opened cause apparently youre not allowed to bring things from the outside & the mini bar is almost empty, so if youre hungry good luck with that. Rooms are spacious, which is nice, but other than that nothings good about this place. Very old furniture, and well maintained, things are broke etc. Showers are full of limescale, no working properly so its kind of a pain to take a shower. Bring your own stuff (shower gel, shampoo, body cream etc) cause they dont offer much and the things they are offering arent good at all (it didnt seem to refill them either). We definitely dont recommend the hotel and we are really happy to checkout and never come back again.

  Good value for money

  The hotel is easily accessible by car coming from the motorway with convenient parking in front of the building. Our room and balcony were spacious, but a bit dated, the bathroom was modern and clean. The hotel is surrounded by a lovely garden area with pool and the terrace is very inviting for a romantic evening meal. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you, Anna, for being such a charming waitress. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stopover between destinations.

  Dirty room

  I stayed in a big room, the place was pretty dirty, the linen where old and the bed uncomfortable. I found a hair clip in the room that clearly didn't belong to me (i'm bold....). The hotel amenities in the bathroom were like a 2 stars. Good check out time: 12.00
