  Very Good and Clean

  I was here for two days for my business trip to Makati. The location is very good, just 5 mins walking from Greenbelt shopping mall and you can also get various restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walking distance. Room is very big with two double bed, also there is a dining table, separate kitchen, wardrobe, safety locker. You can also see a good city view from the windows from 4th floor. WiFi is also good. Staffs are okay, one lady was nice and smiling but other one was not that much helpful. She cant even help me to get a taxi for airport. I am really happy staying here.

  Be Aware Hotel SCAM

  Disappointed, I had high hopes. I booked a room in BSA Mansion Condotel three months ago prior to my arrival from the U.S. with Booking.com. A month later I received an email from booking.com stating that BSA Mansion Condotel needed me to update my payment card which I updated. I received an email confirmation stating it was updated. The day of my flight while I was boarding my plane I receive another email from booking.com stating that BSA Mansion Condotel needed me to update my payment card again which I did and again received an email confirmation stating it was updated. When I arrived in the Philippines and checked in BSA Mansion Condotel, Makati Manila I was informed by the front desk representive that the room I booked three months ago was CANCELED. The front desk informed me with an unwillingness attitude that they could not assist me only Booking.com. I informed them how can I call them when I do not have a cell phone to use. So they called booking.com for me. I spoke to booking.com representive and they reviewed everything and confirmed that I indeed updated my payment card. He was apologetic and tried to fix the situation but was unabled to. He informed me he spoke to BSA Mansion Condotel management the only room they have available is a Studio not a one bedroom and they wanted to charge me the same amount. I find it strange that the one bedroom that I booked three months ago was not available and why wouldnt BSA Mansion Condotel wait until I arrive if they needed a payment card update. But instead they went ahead and cancel my booking. This is not my first rodeo when booking a hotel in Makati Manila. The hotels I usually booked, professionally put a hold on the room and give me the consideration to update my payment card if needed. I believe the room I reserved in BSA Mansion Condotel was already given to somebody else. And they wanted me to pay for the same amount for a down graded room. Very Unprofessional. Management never showed up after I requested for them. Be Aware I smell SCAM.

  Beautiful Hotel

  Beautiful clean hotel in the heart of Manila within easy walking distance of lots of great shops and bars and restaurants. We loved it here! The staff was very professional and attentive. We will definitely be back.

  Overnight stay but early start for construction outside

  I stayed here for 1 night as Side A were performing at Johnny B Good In Glorietta a 15 minute walk away. Check in was quick and efficient, room was spacious and clean and the bed hard but comfortable. I returned to the room in the early hours of the morning after the show and was soon asleep, but woken by the early sound of construction from outside. There is no escape from this! I know not the properties fault but maybe some notice before booking that there is nearby ongoing construction.

  Great location & Nice experience!

  We booked their one-bedroom suite for 5 days and I could say I could have gotten no better deal. Mattresses are comfy, additional beddings may be requested, kitchen facility is okay, all utensils provided, floor and bathroom are clean, and aircon is good. The facilities are a little bit outdated and the underground parking a challenge, but overall, my experience was great! The best thing about BSA Mansion is their closeness to Greenbelt, Glorietta, and banks, among others, making it a great business trip for anyone who stays here.
