  Newish hotel attached to the Residence inn next door

  The reason we chose this hotel is there is a free airport shuttle every 30 mins . The hotel is quite modern and there is a pub / bar in walking distance ( jock & jills) . Hotel looks quite new and the rooms were nice . My colleague complained about noise from other rooms but I never heard anything . Free breakfast was Ok, average for this type of hotel but thankfully plenty of seating . Mid week in the evening there is free beer / wine and snacks in the hotel between 6pm and 7.30pm

  Business is good.

  Work Trip, we arrived a day early. Not having been here before, we asked at the desk about places to eat. Mohamed was very helpful with 5 or 6 recommendations. Many were close enough to the hotel so that we could use the shuttle. Good recommendations all. The place was clean and kept that way, the staff was always friendly and courteous. Complimentary breakfast good. I would stay here again if I need to be in the area.

  Preflight Stay

  We have stayed at other Marriott properties in the area, and this was our first stay at this Fairfield. What a pleasant experience. We were welcomed by Shemel, who was very professional and welcoming. The facility is very new and extremely well kept. Our room met our expectations. When we checked out, Dee was very accommodating, making every effort to met our early morning needs. An addition benefit of staying at the hotel is the free parking and transportation to the airport. I would highly recommend this Fairfield if you are flying in and out of Charlotte.

  Brand New Clean Hotel

  Cancelled flight caused 1 night stay at this hotel. Staff very nice, very new clean rooms. Breakfast not up to other free breakfasts in Marriott, Hyatt, etc. Schedule to airport. Fairly quiet but you can here planes taking off during the night.

  Great staff and facility

  I have stayed at this property on many occasion and have had an exceptional experience every time. The staff is extremely pleasant no matter the situation and the hotel is clean and well kept. The location is ideal for business or leisure travel. Several great restaurants to choose from.
