  4th visit to Galini

  Just love everything about this place. This was our 4th visit to the Galini. Its so chilled out and peaceful. Kostas and Lucy are amazing hosts which reflects on the whole ambience of this hotel. Vasilios who looks after the hotel in the evening is really helpful and such a lovely man, in fact ALL the staff at the Galini go far and beyond to make you feel welcome. The restaurant staff are great, food was good as well as the service. The weekly BBQ is a great night with Pappa at the helm and not to be missed. The pool and bar is a lovely place to relax through the day with Zenia looking after you through the day and Babbis entertaining you in the evening... what a funny character. Rooms are cleaned each day with fresh towels and linen. Met some really lovely people during our stay here. Will we be back.....what do you think

  Wonderful vocation in Galini hotel

  I stayed in Galini hotel 6 nights in July, 2019. This hotel is owned by a wonderful family, the owners are so good and helpful. The first pearson that I met was a receptionist Vasilios. My arrived time was after 6pm so he helped me with my suit cases and gave a map of the location with detailed description where to go and what to do in Creete.the information was very helpful.The next day I met the owner Costa and Lucia, a very sweet couple. The would help you with anything you need. Those days when I was going to the group excursion, Lucia would pack a huge lunch book, which was very nice.If you miss a breakfast because of early pick up to the excursion, Vasilios, the night shift receptionist, would arrange coffee and meal to eat. Also if you miss the dinner because of late retuning time from the group tour,the staff would keep a plate of food for you.It was so unbelievable vocation and unforgettable memory forever. Thank you Costa, Lucia, Vasilios, Bobby, Kseniya and the rest of the hotel staff. See you next summer.

  the most enjoyably two weeks i spent ever

  Costas , Lucy , Vasilios and his wonderful Daughter , Bebe ( the mess boy and the barman ) , Kceosha , the Man with mostash , and more . I would love to thank all of you for the Great Two weeks i spent with my family - July 2019 ( My wife and my small kid Adrean ) . I was amazed by the overwhelmed care and love we received . I do not have enough words to thank you all for every thing you did for us . the memories about all of you are imprinted into our minds forever .

  Amazing holiday.

  We stayed in Galini in August, returned home three days ago. Really amazing place. Absolutely nice and friendly people. Vasisilis who treated me with delicious coffee))) and gave me really useful advice. Costas was incredible!!!!! We loved this hotel!!!!!

  Not great

  Stayed here last year and to be honest it wasnt all that at all. The area is very nice but the hotel is not the best. The food is diabolical- ended up having to eat out a lot which used up a lot of my spending money - defeating the object of all inclusive and we are not fussy eaters at all! Was not impressed with the fact that we had to be out of our room by 10am but wasnt getting collected to go to the airport until late afternoon. They wouldnt let us use a room to get showered and changed which was a real pain especially when they had let another family have full use of a room in the same situation. That was the icing on the cake for me. Would go back to Crete but definitely wont be staying here again.
