  It deserves the five stars

  Great location, very clean and comfortable. The food is delicious and the service is very good. The rooms are very beautiful, clean and warm. I think everything is perfect in this place. Highly recommended!

  Beautiful hotel

  a very favorite place for tourists to be accommodated in its very comfortable environment Fantastic service that takes care of every detail you can also drink it or eat it children have their own environment where they can play while you spend at the hotel

  Nice

  The most famous hotel in the center of Shkodra, with a very large area. More conference rooms, meeting rooms and the best restaurant in town. Very nice and cozy hotel rooms and suites, with family playgrounds where children can play as they please. Good staff and super service.

  Gets worse with every stay

  This hotel has a great location and I have stayed many times but I think this will be my last. The hotel is yellow everywhere now from cigarette smoke. There is a continuous fog. Not sure why smoking is allowed in the bar and other public areas? The breakfast is terrible and the general service is not great.

  Tired and half closed....

  We went as a couple for a xmas break for three days........we booked as it advertised gym, spa, pool, nice bar with entertainment and retaurant..... 1. Pool closed and empty of water. 2. Spa closed 3. Gym closed 4. Bar closed 5. Restaurant closed Room - Rooms are clean and comfortable, except in mini bar the minatures of alcohol have been there so long that they have half evaporated....the gin even had mould inside it. The TV channels are limited are very limited. Rooms were cleaned and made up each day well. Hotel lobby bar - it is a basically being used as a coffee shop for locals. Nice enough, prices sensible. No real complaints. Breakfast - we were (we guess) the only guests in the hotel...due the question of exactly what time will you be down for breakfast, and on walking in at aforementioned time the lights were turned on! We weew given a bottle of water, had to ask for coffee and no other fruit juices offered. We were given a mix of breakfast items which were passable, not five star. second day we were 15 mins late for our rquested time. We sat, no staff appeared. We left after 10 mins of waiting. Third day didnt even bother. Pool/gym - told these were closed by government due to covid....hard to believe as other hotels in both Shkoder and Tirana have their pools open. The staff were all friendly enough and helpful. This hotel is nowhere near five star..... I am trying to not be too harsh as trade is obviously virtually nonexistent due to covid etc; however i do think they need to update adverts to clearly state what is offered and what is not. Maybe with some more guests and a bit more atmoshpere it would have been better.....but needs to downgrade its self appointed five stars to three OR do some serious improvements throughout
