  Excelente ubicación.

  En principio tenemos que decir que no es un cuatro estrellas, lo mejor es la ubicación, desde aquí se puede realizar todo caminando, los traslados que ofrece el hotel tanto para realizar alguna excursión cómo para ir al aeropuerto son excesivamente caros, con respecto a los taxis, la decoración interior del hotel, lugares comunes, pasillos , etc. es muy agradable, no podemos decir lo mismo de la habitación, con respecto a esta última, es muy amplia y cómoda, el desayuno está bien, la relación calidad precio es regular.

  "Only Location of the Hotel is Great"

  Just spent a few nights in this hotel. I booked this hotel only after reviewing the positive reviews online, However it was totally the other way around. I got my room at 11:30am (that was good enough for me). while inspecting the room i was shocked when i open the wardrobe. They clean the room and put the dirty sheets with Huuuuuggge stains on it inside the wardrobe hence i shut the doors, keep my clothes unpack. The phone on the side table was that dirty that it hasn't been clean for years. Moving to wash room. the toilet seat wasn't clean even the base was with stains. on the 2nd day they clean the room (Cleaning a room for them is to put a bottle of water for u). when i returned to the room i found it out that cap on my tooth brush & razor is not there anymore but i dont mind them however my surprise reach to the top when i found both the caps near the toilet (hence i thrown away all the items and bought new as i wasnt sure how this cleaning was done). Breakfast is very poor with very few basic items that you eat at your home. if the hotel is 4 star the service and rest everything should at the level of a 4 star hotel. they dont have a socket to plug your 3 pins charger. they advise the guest to bring down your phone and charge it in the front desk. where just next to the hotel there is shop where u can buy a socket with 1$ only. 4 star hotel dont offer this (thats out of my imagination). i stayed three nights four days and only once they put ONE bottle of water only and nothing else. and dont be surprise if the they enter to your room without any knock as they did with me and no apology was extended of this. Hence final Please book a proper branded hotel to enjoy your trip......

  Central and nice

  Spend fours night there. The location is great, 5 mins walk from Fountain Square, the heart of the city. The staff are all friendly and the wifi works well. The windows are well insulated so the rooms are pretty quiet. The room was also well appointed. The price is also great for a central location. Would not say it is a four star on any international scale, but a solid thee star. Very nice place for the money.

  middle of the city center

  hale kai hotel is very close to old city and city center, just 10 minutes walk to the Caspian sea .fountain square and the shops are very close to this hotel. friendly helpful staff, every day they cleaned the room, breakfast is good. we enjoyed of our staying there.

  Centrally-located budget option

  Not located right in Fountain Square, but very close, just a 5-10 minute walk away. The rooms (or at least mine) resembled a mini-apartment, with a kitchenette (that I didn't use). It's not luxurious, but quite large, and perfectly adequate for the price. Upon arrival, my room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work. The front desk attendant called the "technician" for repairs and was told that after mid-September, they actually disconnect the air conditioning because the weather is not supposed to be hot anymore. So I had to open the windows to cool the place down. Otherwise, the staff was super friendly and attentive, especially Vusal, and the other guy that worked in the morning (forgot his name, sorry!) Breakfast buffet was great, and I especially loved the tomato omelette they serve! I want to try to make it at home (I will always refer to it as a "Baku omelette"!)
