  Birthday Weekend

  Loraine, very knowledgeable about the site, and the surroundding restaurants. Nice and courtesy and very helpful. Forgot my bottle opener, no worries she had one. ..Staff on this night was nice and will stay here again. Liked the cleanliness of the rooms and how they let you know the room had been sanitized.

  Guest Safety Ignored

  Nice property. Seems new. Friendly staff at first. The second night of our stay I saw 4 kids approximate ages 4-10 enter the fitness center. Called the front desk. The manager got the kids out of the fitness center then used his key to let them in the pool area and left. They had no adult supervision other than me. The kids later went back into the fitness center soaking wet. Called front desk again. No response. When I went to the front desk to question the situation the manager turned it around and wondered why I had a problem with it. He later said we obviously were not happy so he would be happy to check us out. We felt forced to leave late at night on night two of a three night stay. We were NOT refunded the room for the night. Stayed at a different brand hotel remaining nights and had a pleasant rest of our weekend. Plenty of hotel choices nearby. Avoid this one. Hilton gave us points to cover the cost of the unused night. No response from this hotel or the hotels general manager.

  Satisfactory

  The hotel location, design and condition are really great, as are the staff.  Suggestions:  The toilet is small and cheap. I am a medium size person and it just does not fit me. Also the bath towels could definitely be softer.  I would love a bathroom fan that made an audible sound. The adjoining room had loud talkers at 7am and I could distinguish every word through the bathroom wall.  The room doors have a heavy pull via the hydraulic arm making loading luggage in and out difficult. They are somewhat quieter in this hotel, but I can still hear other people's doors slamming shut from within my room.  Dismayed at the TV not having the Netflix app or at least chromecast.  The fridge cabinet is so small I usually smack my hand trying to pry the fridge door open inside it. The desk cabinet drawers had a few hairs in them.  The pull handles on the ottoman are unnecessary, and it has a broken wheel. Bathroom tile is very slick, and the door is so low it drags the bath mat towel every time. Shower sprayer sprays outside of the doors and is like it's spitting at you until you turn the adjuster knob - every time- which releases cold water on you for a moment as you stand underneath it.  There's a few nicks in the picture frame that could easily be touched up worth one of those dollar store furniture touch up marker kits as maids clean rooms they can notice things like that so the next guest doesn't have to see nicks in picture frames.  Thank you

  Business Trip

  Very impressed! Clean. Quiet. Accommodating! The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming, especially Carrington! I will definitely be recommending this place to my place of employment for future reservations when trainings are held in the Keystone area!

  New and spotless

  First hotel post vaccine for us and impressed w cleanliness and Covid- safe practices. Decor makes me feel like its fairly new. Great location-by Indys best shopping. Order carry out at Seasons 52 for a healthy tasty and convenient dinner.
