  the view is good.... but that's it

  for me a vacation is easily made good, but for this hotel i sadly could not say they helped much. at arrival we where greeted by a nice man who greeted us nicely and showed us around the hotel in his best english (which can use some work, but he's getting there). but when we looked in the room we noticed it was still dirty. the floor was full of long black hair (not ours) and even someone's nail. the bathroom was dirty (especially the toilet with a huge yellow streak in it) cabinets and a chandelier which have barely (or maybe even never) dusted off. MOSQUITOS EVERYWHERE!. 4 pieces of handsoap but only 3 small bags of shower soap a day that you also had to use as shampoo (for 2 people that go in a thermal bath every day that is clearly not enough). 2 dirty little mats on the sides of the bed. so with a short talk with the front desk he send someone to clean it again.... at return, after they cleaned, only the hairs on the floor where gone the rest was still dirty.... we let it be, hoping the next day they would do a bit more thorough clean and went to dinner, which we discovered was everything either swimming in oil or stuffed with garlic (or both), this was every day like this (we had half pension) and it all tasted either old or frozen. then there is more, to sum it up short: -the breakfast food was old and dry -the breakfast and dinnertimes are ridiculous (breakfast from 8.00 to 9.30 and dinner from 20.00 to 21.30) -the thermal baths seemed dirty and full of rust (i have never been in a thermal bath where i couldn't see my feet anymore) -the owners seemed verry unprofessional -the overal look seems like it is someones house more than a hotel -the beds and pillows where extremely hard -the stairs to the private beach where old and dangerous to walk on -the drinks where overpriced -the dinner food is either frozen or old then here come the good parts: -the view is nice -you can easily walk to ischia ponte -there is a bus stop in front of the hotel (with a bus that stops every 30 minutes) overall the beach is nice and Ischia ponte is nice, but the hotel is unprofessional and definatly not worth what we paid for.

  Horrendous!

  Greedy people! Thats the definition! Bugs big as my finger in the room! 5 randall cats fighting every night! So you have to close all doors! Mosquitoes everywhere. Breakfast is dangerous with the sweating chefs and a black prosciutto. Really? Without using the thermal whatever I had to pay for it! I do speak Italian and never complained. Doesn't worth it! I was so dissapointed that I will never return! Lost money! 365 euro for 3 nights. Cats and bugs and mosquitoes big time! Never again! The only nice thing was the Castillo view.

  This hotel was huge disappointment

  Its a horrible, horrible place! No one speaks English,paid entrance to pools and sea (there is no information about it in website), Wi-Fi doesnt work at all, food and drinks are pretty bad, shower barely works and many more. I mean, this hotel isnt cheap, it has 3 stars, but it is also huge disappointment. Unfortunately, weve already paid for the whole time, so we have to stay

  Big view but ...

  Nice hotel largely supported by the fantastic view and the private access to the sea. But as a cheap location, dont expect so high quality : youll get what you pay for. In addition, and due to the COVID-19, manning is very limited, dont expect to be served in time or quickly: only one waiter ... But its a nice place. I saw many bad comments, honestly, its a correct hostel. To go there, taxi or bus (line 12) from the port of Ischia. And for the thermal baths, take your head caps.
