  Short family skiing trip

  The hotel offers very good relax facilities, including very nice sauna area. Restaurant and other services are also very high level. Avoid the non renovated family appartments, which are not so nice as the other very nicely renovated rooms. I would really appreciate to have saunas opened later then 8pm.

  Ideal in every way for a ski trip

  The room was medium size but excellent in design with lots of storage and use of space. There was a seating area as well as a small outside balcony. The hotel was well organised and friendly and the evening meals delicious and varied. The ski bus stop was directly outside.

  Rude and over priced

  One of the worst hotel experiences we have had and we travel extensively. We booked one night before our flight home at the end of a ski trip. We paid over 500 euro for one of their "apartments" which is a very badly maintained family suite. Very old decor - probably 1980s and chips in furniture etc. The bathroom had no bath only shower and was very badly maintained. When we complained that we didn't get the room quality they advertised on their website (the photos must have been on their renovated rooms) they told us we can check out if we didn't like it. In fact they offered to help us check out!! I have never seen such a response to a reasonable compliant. Unbelievably rude at the front desk and not willing to listen to us at all. They just kept repeating that if we didn't like it we could leave. The restaurant was no better with terrible service and rude waiters. Not worth the money at all and left a terrible finale to our ski week. Do NOT go unless you are sure you will get a renovated room. Be prepared for rude service even if you do.

  Poor value for money

  We booked this hotel last minute by phone for 1 night The rooms and public areas looked ok on the website Pools and sauna areas are very nice Restaurant old fashioned style plenty of food options quality mediocre all buffet style Bar/lounge and reception unrenovated Rooms look nice and renovated on the hotel website BUT we ended having booked in the south wing in an partment that had NOT been renovated for a long time We paid over E 500 per night for an apartment that most probably has seen the last renovation in the eighties We complainted to the 2 ladies at the reception about the value for money and they were very rude to both of us Showed them the pictures of our apartment and they didnt care It is high season so that is the price for a single they suggested for us to check out We have been going skiing in Austria for over 40 years. Always in the same week. This is not the lovely Austrian hospitality we are used to. They should have lowered the price or give some compensation for this very poor quality offering they made zero effort to sort out our complain They said the price was high because it was an all- inclusive offering that is ok if the quality We are regular travellers and we did not apricate the value for money offering here Have a look at the pictures of the apartment we got offered

  Perfect summer and winter Hotel

  We visited this hotel for the 4th time however this time during the summer. As expected this Hotel is also perfect for the summer holidays. Perfect location for bilking, hiking and other outdoor activities.
