    Only ok

We chose this hotel because it was the cheapest our agency offered and we thought how bad can it be? We will be staying outside most of the time so it wouldn't matter. Turn out it did. We arrived Monday night, they gave us some leftover food which was nice of them considering the fact that we arrived past the dinner time. They gave us the smallest hotel room Ive seen my entire life, you could barely squish between the bed and the window to go to sleep. But we were way too tired to go back and ask another room and we both concluded that we can deal with it. Turns out it gets worse. The bathroom didnt have a mirror (to use for shaving for example), neither did it have air- vending. The room smelled like cigarettes smoke plus mold, which is a horrible smell. The air conditioning was right by the head of the bed and we had to keep it open because the windows had to be closed (incredible noise from outside). And the worst part was only starting. At 5:30 in the morning, the prayer started at the mosque next to the hotel. It was unbelievable loud as the windows were wooden and not soundproof at all. At 6 a clock in the morning after a sleepless night, I went to reception to ask for another room. The receptionist said it was Impossible to change rooms. The manager heard us arguing and he interfered. After arguing with him as well, all of a sudden a room became available. The new room was bigger, quieter (as it was facing the parking lot) but it still looked shabby and it smelled awful. The pictures posted are from the second room. Hot water was not always available and I dont know about you guys but I dont like it when Im showering and all of a sudden the water turns freezing cold. Double- Rooms have no balcony so we had to dry our bathing suits and towel on the window knobs. Food: was all right. Breakfast was the same every day but it was satisfactory. Dinner was very good indeed, I must admit. Plus every night they would change the main course. Staff: was nice but they spoke very little English so it was impossible to strike a conversation. They fluently speak Russian though and Turkish of course. Location: the hotel is located in the city center so if you want to travel a lot in the neighboring areas (which you should) is an advantage. The drawback is the sound level. Loud noise comes from everywhere, the mosque, the main street, the street shops, the beach clubs and so on. If you are looking for a peaceful experience Kemer may not be the place. The interior garden and the pool was a nice place to spend the evening, its the place where you have access to wireless, but the Internet is working absolutely lousy. To sum up: if you are a Russian family with children it is a good and cheap place to go. Do take the garden view balcony rooms and youll be just fine. If you are a couple, youre not Russian and you are a light-sleeper, sorry I cant find any good reason to choose this hotel.

sutuated in the very heart of Kemer, but silent and cosy hotel with perfect service

We visited Kemer in may of 2015 with a big group of divers. And had enjoyed not only boat trips and sea dives but every day of staying in this hotel. When booking this hotel for quite low price didn't expect anything good. But we vere greatly suprised by the hotel itself and, most of all, exellent and very kindful service and attention from the management. The meals were inexpectedly reach and tasty. The hot water was avaliable at any time of the day even in the cloudy or rainy weather. the free wi-fi works everywhere. The inner garden is full of lemon trees and blossoms.

DISASTER... RECEPTION & LOCATION GOOD, THE REST = TERRIBLE

LOOKED FORWARD TO A FEW NIGHTS HERE, BOOKED AT THE LASTMINUTE ENROUTE TO AN ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL. THIS HOTEL IS VERY CENTRAL AND NEAR THE DOLMUS STOP FROM ANTALYA. Looks nowhere as good or as new, as in the photos. Staff on arrival were helpful and friendly. The outside eating area was quite nice. Breakfast was extremely limited and first time I have stayed at a hotel in Turkey when the breakfast was so basic that not even local honey or yoghurt was provided. it was bread, a few olives, some local flavourless cheese, cooked frankfurter sausages, butter and vegetables! Major problems at this place were first sleeping as the mosque is on oneside of the road the hotel is on the other, and on the otherside of the building is the main public carpark for central Kemer right outside your window. The windows dont close properly and the shutters are needed for privacy and a bit of sound protection! so rooms are very dark. It was impossible to get more than about 3 hours of unbroken sleep due to the amount of noise. you could even here reception and the doors slamming in the corridors like in a hostel - rooms had no sound insulation at all. The room sounded as though you were sleeping onsite in the carpark aswell as inside the Mosque it was so loud. Never experienced this bad anywhere in the world - noises from Mosques rarely bother me... The other major issue here was the room cleaners - door was locked every morning when I went hiking and , when returned the door was always unlocked and once left open with my possessions inside for anyone to help themselves. The joke was the first time the cleaner only repositioned the blanket on the bed and didnt even fold the towels or empty the rubbish bin etc etc. The second day again door unlocked but this time it was also open and as i was dues to checkout the room had been made up fully ready for the next guests when i still had the room key and my clothes and bag were still in the wardrobe... Fortunately doesnt look like anything was stolen but it could have been as many loud guests were staying at this place (mainly from Russia) avoid this like the plague. Felice and wasserman hotels are in a similar location cost about the same price and are far superior in terms of food , sleep, and quality. AVOID THIS HOTEL , LIKE THE PLAGUE

    Really bad

Room was really small and uncleaned, there was no blancet, we got a blancet just after a few nights. And we asked for another blancet for a few times but we did not get it and the last night they took our one blancet and left us with nothing. People in the bar were really friendly, but receptionist was really bad. Food is normal, location is good.

    Really bad

We stayed for a week. Got room in very noisy place (garden view). Music playing till 12 am. Thats why our sleep was poor, it is hearing every noise (music, talks, as staff is preparing dinning area for meal). It is said high speed wi-fi? Unfortunatelly we had no opportunity to download any page, because the connection was broken allmost all the time. Hot water in the shower? No, did not have any in the morning. The last day we were staying, there were no hot water at all. Non smoking hotel? Then why staff was allowding to smoke in the dinning area, when people are having their meal or near the rooms in common balcony? Meal was poor. Well, if you are a vegetarian its ok, a lot of veggies-yes. What about meat? For all 6 days only chicken prepared in oil, rice, potatoes, pasta (just boiled, thats all). Fortunately for one dinner we got fish, but only once. Breakfast? Weggies, cheese, boiled eggs, maybe ok, but all the same for 7 days. Lunch: meat? Did not heard... Mold in the room, in the shower. Badly working refrigirator was leasing water somehow. Thats why there were mold even in the mattress. Because refrigirator was placed in one side of bed. Cleaning: not changed towels or bed clothes for all 7 days. What about beach side? To get to the beach you need to go about 15 mins by foot. Not 3* hotel for sure. More looks like hostel.
