  Great value for money booked with crystal ski and paid a little extra for the south facing balcony . Nice modern premises and rooms,bed is really comfortable food is good and staff are really helpful. Only thing Id of liked was tea making facilities in the room. Beer and wine coffee etc is reasonably priced in the bar for a resort. Id definitely come here next year .

  Outstanding Service

  During our week at the Langley we were delighted to have Pascal as our server every night not only is he super funny and entertaining but he is also so attentive, professional and always happy to help! Thank you for making our holiday so amazing without you there would be much less laughter and happiness at our table! The food and chefs are so outstanding and very happy to cater for any allergy's or dietary requirements! The McLaughlin plus one vegan!

  Tignes 2100 had it all

  Could not have asked for a better stay. The rooms were comfy and clean, maybe a little hot at times. The hotel itself had a great vibe in all the areas, which was contributed by the amazing service, the gorgeous food, the perfect cocktails. We enjoyed the cocktails specials but found the bar staff could create anything you fancied. The set menu each day was outstanding, never was there an issue with our service from the food to the staff the whole week. Especially Evelyn and Pascoe who made our group feel very welcome whilst providing a great service. The location of the hotel was pretty good too, although not ski in and ski out, it was only a short walk up a little incline back. Easy. We opted for a lake view which is a must, absolutely stunning. What more could a group of 9 want, we would all recommend this hotel.

  Excellent

  Went on skiing holiday through Crystal ski from 8th to 15th Feb. Easy check in when we arrived @3pm. Room a bit tight but very well thought out, very clean, with lovely warm showers and were south facing with nice balcony and lovely views. Used Spa 1 evening very nice and was badly needed after 4 long days skiing with 7 cost pp. Breakfast was very nice buffet style loads of choice. Dinner was a 3 course set menu but 1 of our group didn't eat fish and was well looked after both nights. Was worried about half board option but was very impressed by quality always sent back clean plates. Staff were excellent throughout, were very pleasant and from all over the world. Seemed to really like working there and it showed in how they dealt with customers. Location excellent 5 mins walk to lifts, ski 2000 hire shop just across the rd and could ski to door in evening if you ski down from blue run above hotel in behind the bins across from front door!!! Very good but tight ski room with heated boot racks. All 4 in group would definitely return. Rooms 204 and 205

  Meh

  Arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly impressed by the decor at that ground level. The room was sooooo tiny you wouldnt be able to swing a cat!! The bathroom door didnt shut fully giving no privacy in this shoebox of a room. We experienced some wild-ish weather but it seemed to cause the drain smell to cone back up and make the room smell of sewage for 3 days. The hospitality of the restaurant/bar staff was wonderful, however some of the bar staff were really poor at making the drinks. The drying room for boots and skis was nice, and the hotel is close to the lists and some bars. All in all: Id not return, not recommend based off the size and smell of the rooms.
