Laren family hotel
very good hotel in a good location. everyone is very nice and friendly. food good and clean rooms. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend a nice time in AntalyaThank you so much for the time spent with us.

Best customer service, the hotel staff could not do any more for us!
First impressions of this hotel is that it is small with a small pool area and not a huge amount of space to be able to sunbathe. (Very good hotel as a base to chill round the pool if there is room but it not get a short taxi to the local beach) Its in a good location with a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. 10 mins in a taxi to the local beaches which are mostly beach clubs. This hotel is a good base with average sized rooms (maybe slightly on the small side) very modern and clean everywhere. The breakfast was fairly basic so we went to Royal Castle where they do amazing food. The Turkish spa and the massage in the hotel was very good, you can request the lady like I did if you prefer and it is definitely worth a try, The thing that made this hotel was the staff and their customer service. They are very attentive, most of them speak English and whatever you need they will get for you. After 4pm they stop servicing food and can order literally anything you could possible ask for McDonalds, soup, meze, cigarettes.. anything! (The soups for lunch were absolutely amazing and well worth a try)! Some evenings we just sat around the pool and had drinks and watched TV and the hotel staff literally would keep serving you until you decided to call it a night, some people were there until 3am. Thank you so the staff for making this a lovely visit.

Nice enough
My wife and I stayed here when we had some work done at the dentist. It was part of the package. The hotel is fine for what we needed. It is clean and the staff are helpful. We were there during covid restrictions so things were very different I imagine. Temperature checks were carried out whenever you entered the hotel. There is no buffet service at meals. Food is just served to you in the restaurant and its just plated up and served. There is no choice other than take it or leave it. Saying that most of the food is fine however sometimes we did get cold food. One suggestion I would make to the management is that if guests are there for dental work you offer them a slightly different menu as we felt we had to turn away food that we just couldn't eat due to our teeth.It felt like we were wasting things. For us more soups, rice, mashed potato, and other 'soft' foods would have been great instead of grilled chicken, vegetables and fruit (apples). This is only an observation as we couldn't really say many bad things about the food. Not many of the staff speak English but Amit was amazing. His English was fantastic and the service he offered went much further than others. He was always cheery even when his colleagues weren't. This man deserves a promotion for his attitude alone. The pool area is fine, the drinks are all inclusive up til 2300 and there is a hotel bus shuttle service to the beach which takes around 20 minutes. The beach is part of a cafe and offers free sun beds (to the right) for hotel guests. It does a good selection of drinks and food and well priced. The hotel is well placed to go out and explore on foot and we did enjoy our stay.

Laren Family Dental Holiday
I stayed through Attelia Dental Clinic and the stay was good considering COVID-19. The hotel was clean and staff all attentive to the guidelines. The Extensive hand hand sanitation is good. Chien in the bar was amazing thought the stay. ( the hotel arranged a birthday cake and Champagne to the pool for my birthday!) The Spa is also open with full facilities, Which i found weird as the UK is barely open - amazing again would recommend for the price. The only feedback I would have is that the shower leaks into the bedroom, its not ideal but it eventually it will damage the lovely rooms. The current All Inclusive menu wasn't the best as buffet could not be done, which is understandable at the current times. The staff mainly speak Turkish and you cannot complain but this as its Turkey. People should learn Turkish if this is an issue for them. Overall this is a fantastic hotel and I would return and pass my good word around.

Room with Jacuzzi? Love it!
I stayed in Laren and family hotel and spa for 3 nights with my fiance for vacation. We flew from Istanbul to Antalya. We stayed in different hotel in the first night. Wasn't so good. So we searched another hotel to move and we were wondering to have a room with the jacuzzi inside, we looked in the internet and then we found it! It's in Laren Family Hotel and Spa! We called them by phone. The Man at the reception was so nice to answer our call, and he gave us what we were looking for! The Jacuzzi! Yes! The room was soooo nice, and we loveeee the Jacuzzi. And the price? the price is very affordable for the room with the Jacuzzi! The staffs also so helpful. Especially Mr. Jihan and the Senior Man in the reception (we forgot the name) they are so extremely nice to us. Breakfast also nice. They served everything on the table without we need to ask. Wonderful! Also by walking distance you can find the sea with amazing view! Highly recommend if you want to visit Antalya. For sure we will going back there again someday! - Mariska & Dominick.
