  Disapointing apartments

  I usually enjoy staying at this establishment but this time round we were really disappointed. The marketing really does not tie up with reality. Maintenance and upkeep of apartments have deteriorated. We even changed apartments. Cleaning was the worst since we have stayed here. I don't think I shall be returning... The only bonus is the view if you don't care about the cleanliness and upkeep of the apartment.

  Perfect location

  Mouille Point Village offers great value close to the Cape Town stadium. Easy walk with a number of good restaurants close by. Only a couple of minutes to the V&A Wayerfront. Both sea view and stadium view apartments available

  Tatty room... tatty cleaning, but a good location

  Location wise, the apartments are great.. about 1km walk from the V&A Waterfront, with views of the sea or of Table Mountain. Room was fairly large, though was aged, and when the wind started up in the afternoons, it was creaky, with the wind really showing the lack of professionalism in the apartment. Sometimes the room felt like being in a 70s building, with gaps in the floor, edges missing off fixtures. Worst was the cleaning! When we arrived, the room was not ready, and then a bath towel from the previous occupant was left...then on later days we arrived back at 4pm and caught the cleaner sat watching TV in our room, with a roast chicken meal... which we could then continued to smell. Shower was fine, and big bathroom had a tub. Kitchen had pans, electric hob, separate washer and dryer. No dishwasher... kettle, fridge, toaster and all crockery and cutlery Tv had a lot of channels, and was fine, and there was a DVD player, but who uses these now.. Best thing was the location though... as we felt safe, and there was free parking all around. The only day we had a difficulty was when there was a running race on New Years Eve, but then could get 400m away.

  Nice view, decent location

  This location was perfect for our business trip, we had a nice view of the mountain and the sea. I would stay again, although this venue is only 'ok' for children (in my opinion), I think it is great for a quick trip.

  Urgent repairs to basic comfort needed - great location

  Friendly welcome, neat clean room, all well - problems arose after long hot day when we discovered the ceiling fan in bedroom sounds like helicopter taking off, wobbles and made no difference to the hot room. Shower hose too short so very uncomfortable shower and wet floor. Grey and coarse towels (old) stacked near ceiling in main bedroom (why??), only tiny bottle of very sticky shower gel for washing hands and showering, kitchen draw front cover breaks off when you open, and the TV dates to the sixties in quality of screen and programme selection. Pool is tiny. We shared a balcony with our neighbour - but nice balcony with sea view. Faces onto Main Road. Unfortunately felt unsafe as security guards allowed to sit with their mobile phones in front of their faces as opposed to watching the camera screen monitors. All this is easy to fix, but if not, rethink booking. If they do fix, try finding a room higher up so you miss the palm trees, traffic, and noise and might have a cooler breeze on a hot day. Excellent location for attending Cape Town Stadium - 15 - 20 min walk.
