  Encantador, bien ubicado, buen precio

  Es un hotel pequeño, pero confortable y a distancias que permiten caminar a las principales atracciones de Montreal. Cuando uno llega, la puerta de acceso, dice muy poco. Pero al ingresar, el lugar está muy bien mantenido, equipado, decorado , impecable y cómodo. La habitación que nos asignaron era pequeña y no obstante ello permitía desplazamientos y distribución adecuada del equipaje. Tenía buena luz natural, una pequeña cocina completa y un sector para sentarse y escribir. Contaba con wifi incluido en el costo y pudimos reservar mientras viajábamos desde Nueva York. El anfitrión, un caballero atento y conocedor de los eventos y ofertas turísticas de la ciudad. Además de una estadía óptima, nos acompañó con sugerencias de espectáculos y sitios de interés. Se encuentra vecino a un mercado abierto hasta las 24.

  Wonderful hotel

  A colleague and I chose this hotel because it's in the McGill University neighborhood and close to Sherbrooke Street. It turned out to be perfect in terms of both location and amenities. There is a supermarket within the block, as well as an assortment of small restaurants, a Tim Horton's directly across the street, and a Jean Coutu store nearby. The owner of Parc Suites, who was on site to check us in and out, was extremely professional and gracious. He carried our luggage to our rooms and also personally escorted us to the parking lot conveniently located right behind the building. The hotel is small, very charming, and immaculately clean. My room had a well-equipped kitchen with up-to-date appliances (even including a toaster), a compact, but nicely appointed bathroom, and a bedroom with a very comfortable, large bed. There were televisions in both the living room area and the bedroom. Anyone staying in this hotel should be aware that there is no elevator and that there are quite a few stairs to climb from the entrance to the reception desk. While that didn't bother me, because the proprietor carried my suitcase, this could be an issue for some guests. In addition, I would recommend trying to get a room that isn't on the street side of the building, if one isn't accustomed to city noises during the night.

  Love finding spots like this!

  We stayed here for 4 nights in November. Our host was delightful, handling our luggage and helping park our car. Our two-room suite was huge and the beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. Best sleep Ive had in years! Housekeeping was awesome and everything was spotless. The hotel doesnt serve breakfast, but there are numerous restaurants and stores within an easy few minutes walk, and we had fun trying out the various eateries. In short, we felt totally at home here and would definitely stay again.

  Charming hotel with great staff in perfect location

  Could not have had a more perfect stay! Our room had everything we needed and plenty of Montreal character. The bed was lovely to come back to after a long am day of exploring the city, so cozy! The manager and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Walking distance to Downtown and Old Port. Plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. Will be staying here again when we come back.

  A lucky find

  We were looking for a place with charm, walking distance from downtown and with parking. This place is a taste of the real Montreal. It has only a small number of rooms, all are suites that include a fully equipped kitchen. We had the good fortune of meeting the owner, who showed us more than just the lovely room we stayed in, which included a bedroom and a sitting room. All were neat, clean and well-appointed, right to the paintings on the wall (not prints!). We had dinner on St. Catherine Street, went to Place des Arts, visited the Underground City all on foot. It is a perfect solution for our escapes to Montreal.
