  Una estancia agradable

  Estuve una noche por viaje de trabajo, se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila ideal para descansar pero lo suficientemente cerca del centro y a una distancia buena del aeropuerto. El Wifi funciona bastante bien y la habitación aunque era pequeña disponía de todo lo necesario, empezando por una cama cómoda y un baño muy completo. El personal es muy agradable y de gran ayuda. El desayuno estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación y es bastante correcto. La relación calidad precio es muy buena comparada con otros hoteles en los que he estado en Perth.

  Had high hopes.. sadly disappointed

  We waited at the front for almost 10 minutes for someone to check us in, not even a bell to ring. The hotel and rooms themselves were very well furnished and funky. However on closer look we notice the marble benches all stained by what looked like coffee, the walls looking like someone had walked all over them and the window was covered in dead bugs and what not. Our tv stopped working and he pretty much said he cant fix it but you can move rooms if you want. We saw a pamphlet in our room that they hired bikes, so we called and asked and were told they arent hiring because of COVID. We paid for later check out and someone from cleaning knocked on our door in the morning and asked when we were leaving ??? I realised I left my ring on th bedside table and went back to the hotel to ask if it had been found, he said he doesnt know and will have to wait for the cleaning company to come back tomorrow. I dont think Ill be going back. was a bit of a let down, I had high hopes for this beautiful boutique hotel.

  Chic hotel, but the room presentation let a bit to be desired

  Stayed at this hotel when it was quite new, but my latest visit left a bit of an aftertaste. I was in an accessibly room (which is fantastic of the hotel to embrace inclusive participation for people with disabilities), and the presentation of the room fell short. There was a long streak of a residue down the mirror and the bathroom tiles were already wet before we went into the room. The staff did make an effort to make sure I felt welcome.

  Lack of communication

  Great location and friendly staff. Bus stop less than 200 metres from door which was very convenient. And free in to city. However we had no housekeeping on the Saturday, and we werent told until we got back to the room. No coffee except for 2 pods. No meals at all. We werent even told upon booking or on arrival, we asked and got told. Albeit corona happening but not one word about this. And we presumed there was breakfast at least. Little to no privacy in the bathroom as there is a gap in the door. Above head shower had minimal spray but the handheld one was very powerful. Searching thru tv channels and no Foxtel channels worked

  Not the full package

  understanding current restrictions, unfortunately i feel the team need to back up for the breakfast/Bar scenario as the stay/experience really does need it ALL to be there and would be a memorably experience.
