  Aged majestic hotel

  Stayed for one night on the trip across Italy and it was great. On arrival we were greeted, and settled within minutes even it seemed busy. We managed to miss the restaurant opening times, but were kindly offered some food. The town down the road is lovely too for a night walks. Parking is free, as is wi-fi and genuine help provided 24/7.

  It is not 4 stars, maximum 2 stars.

  The room was okej for 2 stars but not att all as 4 stars. Never eat dinner there neither breakfast, it was by far the worst breakfast and dinner we had during our visit in Toscana. The pool was dirty in the ground.

  Hotel of Character and a Friendly Staff

  This hotel is a very good hotel in terms of its look, charm, and attentive staff. The overall experience we had, was that it took us back to a time where the idea of a vacation was indeed to "get away." Yes this town has had some "by-gone days" of the past, but the staff of this hotel is friendly and works to make your stay as pleasant as it can be. We came during an "unseasonable" time in May, with rain and coolness, but our balcony was a great place to sit and relax. As Americans in an European hotel, we felt we we accommodated extremely well. It is a hotel of this type, which brings us to say, they (the staff) are working towards gaining back the "glory days" of Chianciano's rich history and this hotel does provide such a setting.

  Great Place to Stay in Chianciano Terme

  This is a great choice in C.T. if you want a hotel that is clean and economical with a friendly, helpful staff and good food. While it is not swanky, it has plenty of character: you won't forget that you're in Tuscany. It is located a little off the beaten path so it offers a fairly quiet place to rest and relax. We plan to return in the future.

  Quaint and Historic Hotel

  This hotel is a quaint family owned hotel perfect for rest and relaxation. We traveled with our children and were able to stay in a large room with separate sleeping and dressing areas. The staff are friendly, accommodating and made our stay extremely comfortable.
