Opinión sobre estancia verano 2017
Del 22/07 al 03/08 Nueva urbanización en buena ubicación, alejado del horroroso ruido del paseo marítimo de Sarandë. Personal muy amable. Fui personalmente a reservar una villa, la núm. 1 y me dieron la n° 7 q me gustaba menos. El apartamento estaba bien pero no tenía lavadora, en su lugar había un lava vajillas enorme. Tampoco tenía hervidor de agua, ni micro ondas, nada de ese estilo de aparatos. Cambio de ropa blanca cada 2 días pero no limpieza de apart. Solo fregaban el suelo sin barrer porque no había escoba. Las instalaciones estaban bien porque todavía es nuevo pero se veía que no se ocupaban del mantenimiento. El baño de la piscina muy sucio y olía muy mal por lo que solo lo usamos una vez. Es caro y no lo recomendaría Al quejarme por el cambio de villa y pedir hablar con el director, Nikoleta me dijo que era ella cuando sólo es la jefa de recepción. Más tarde apareció un joven q me dijo lo mismo y q me haría descuento por el error cuando ya habíamos pagado. No lo hizo y tampoco creo que fuera el director.

Luxury apartment at Bougainville Bay hotel
A private owned, luxury apartment in connection to Bougainville Bay Hotel. The view is magnificent. You have a view of the sea, the hotel and over most of Saranda. The apartment is well-equipped with kitchenware and all you need. TVs in both the living room and the bedrooms. Two bedrooms both with private bathroom in addition to a bathroom downstairs. The music from the pool could get a bit noisy, otherwise a super apartment that I highly recommend.

Great view
Been there with family. Apartment was fully equipped with everything you need for a vacation. Host was apsolutely helpful. View from the terrace is fantastic. Many nearby restaurants and shops. Beach is ok.

Could have been a luxury apartment, but unfortunately isn't
We stayed in the Sunset villa and not the hotel. The apartment is very beautiful, about 30 minutes walk from the center, but with several good restaurants nearby. Taxi from the ferry is about 1000 leke / 8 euros, unless there is a cruise ship in port (then prices rise to 20 euros. But there are many private people who will drive you for only 10). The facilities are good, but you pay extra for just about everything. The apartment could have been a very nice luxury apartment and you also pay luxury prices for Albania (150 euro per night). Unfortunately, there are too many things missing or not in order to call it luxury, or to be able to charge this price. The worst thing is the bathroom, which is clearly below standard, even for normal hotels. It can only be compared to $ 10-per-night hotels in Southeast Asia. Plus: - Very good WIFI - nice location with good views of the bay - Beautifully-landscaped resort - large apartment - fridge and freezer Minus: - really bad beds that creak awfully when moving and a mattress that gives bruises on your hip from lying on it -bathroom is incredibly basic for the price: - no curtains in front of the bathroom windows so anyone can look in -no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom gets wet and slippery and thus dangerous -no toilet paper holder on the wall. No toilet paper. -no soap holder by the sink or in the shower -literally nothing to put things on in the bathroom -no strainer in the sink -no foot towel for the floor -towel rack in the wall is loose and falls out - no rubbish bin in the kitchen, living room, or bedrooms - no lamps throughout the house only bare bulbs - Many places cables are sticking out of the wall where lights are missing. Very few sockets. -No furniture on the balcony upstairs -no foot to parasol, so useless -not much crockery or glasses in the kitchen, and the ones there look like previous guests' empty nutella or mustard glasses. -no kettle, no pots, or pans so you cannot use the stove, or make tea / coffee (no coffee maker) - ekstra payment for cleanin or new towels, no soap, dishwashing detergent, shampoo, shower gel or toilet paper -if you have small children: no rail or security fence for the two large stairs -pay 400 leke / 3 euros per person to the pool, 300 leke to the beach -super loud eastern European music in the pool area which also disturbs on the balcony of the apartment -small (saltwater) pool with many people -rooftop pool costs 20 euros - the owner of the apartment speaks no English Many of these things are small in themselves, but adding them together just makes the price/quality ratio negative. Beds and bathroom are important though. All in all, we've had a good time in the apartment, but there are just too many things under standard and deficiencies that can justify the, for Albania, very high price. Through google translate, we gave feedback to the owner on the first day and asked nicely if they could fix some things (such as shower curtain), but they didn't think there was a problem and the price was as it should be. We're not coming back.

A nice resort with a great location
We stayed at the sunset apartments within the resort, which was great ( especially the views). The beach was nice, with enough loungers and clear waters. The waiters in the beach were really friendly, but the guy who checks if you paid to enter the beach was kind of rude. The beach restaurant looked nice, but the breakfast there was terrible ( we didnt eat lunch there, but only ordered a pizza once, which was also terrible). The staff was really helpful and nice. The location is great, close to restaurants and the city center is only a 15 min walk away. Overall its a nice place, but maybe too pricey for what it offers.
