  Very good. hidden gem

  This hotel is more like a B&B. It was very cosy. The staff were excellent. The only down side was it was not in Rome. Other than that it was a very nice hotel. the rooms had lots of space.

  Simple amazing

  I am writing this review because I think they blooming well deserve it. We actually went a several years ago and glad to see it appearing on this web .....we arrived in Rome after booking it through a basic travel agents back in the UK. We had to get a taxi which took a while to get to the hotel. It was over the new year period and didn't think about logistics, getting to and from the hotel, didn't even think that it would be difficult getting back to the hotel from the centre of Rome on New Years Eve. However we did and arrived back at the hotel, not booking a table for a meal or anything, most other restaurants outside would be fully booked......aaaaargh disaster. Well this is why I am writing this......the manager and staff were amazing, took time to get in the kitchen and cook us all a fantastic meal, for 6 of us and another couple who did exactly the same. Helped ourselves to drinks from the bar, just making a list of what we had, went outside into the courtyard and watch the fireworks going off all around us. Absolute brilliance. The following few days the manager kindly dropped us off or arranged to get us dropped off at some of the local restaurants in the area. The hotel was clean, friendly. And they deserve the biggest award going for what would have been a disaster, turned out to be one of the best experiences ever. We sent them a photo of the family and a thank you letter. Would love to go back......thanks x
