  Stay at the Hyatt

  I recommend this hotel it was very clean I loved the location in the middle of everything. If we going back to Atlanta definitely we staying again. The host was very kind as well. The only thing was that we had to pay the parking lot but it wasnt an issue .

  Could've Been Better

  I stayed here for my wedding. The staff was great but the Regency Suite I was checked into smelled like cigarettes. As I was here for my wedding, this was not a great first impression. The staff quickly moved me to the presidential. That was a great surprise. The room was almost the same as the Regency but has a little more space and a desk in the bedroom. The master bath was not good. I was too tired and busy to complain. In all the staff was great but rooms need some attention.

  Great Place to Stay

  I was able to book through Booking.com the same day of my stay which so great. The parking situation was great, my room was clean and the hospitality was great as well. I plan on visiting again soon & this will be my first choice.

  Inhabitable, condemned

  I never in my life written a review for any type of business rather it was good or bad but this was absolutely a must. If I could save just 1 person's time money or possibly your life even! Please don't choose this hotel! It's worst than a flea market in a third world country the walls are Scott tissue thin I could literally here my neighbors defecating just disgusting kids running up and down the hallways at 2 and 3 am both nights this place reeked of Egyptian musk incense and I couldn't tell if people were smoking crack or marijuana probably both! I've never felt so unsafe in my life I had to relocate!! Holes in the ceiling wallpaper peeling off Ice machine leaking and their way of fixing it was to just put about 30 towels down on the floor to catch the water smh disgusting !! I received several offers from women soliciting sex and drugs mean the list goes on. This place is The Carter! If you know what I mean!

  Moldy

  There was mold in the room that I occupied and it should have been out of service. Staff (General Manager) very negligent to the situation and did not move me another room saying that had to be an investigation of the mold first. Once it was proven that it was mold negligence was again demonstrated. I would never recommend this specific location to anyone and would rate it a 2 out of 10.
