  The Best in Hurghada

  Ibe been in Hurghada few times before, but the Hotel Arabia Azur is the best. All staff is so helpful and professional, nothing is trouble for them. Animation team is something special, even with small amount of guests they are making your stay unforgettable. They are making you feel that you are part of their family. Food is very good, good variety and all is fresh and tasty. Also bars are well stock and barmen provide table service. Accommodation is fine. Would like to say to all of the staff: Big Thank You for our stay.

  Perfect vacation

  Our family totally fell in love with this place. If you are looking for a hotel with a beautiful environment, lots of activities (volleyball, tennis, billiards, fitness ... everyone will find their own) and at the same time with quality services, do not hesitate. The people are incredibly nice, the animators are completely top for us, the program ran despite the coronavirus situation when the hotel was not full (every morning yoga, then volleyball, aqua aerobics, evening party, etc.). The sea was amazing, the beach was clean, plenty of sunbeds (incredibly comfortable mattresses), the rooms were clean, the room service was great. During our entire week-long stay, there was no major problem, but we have experienced that you can always turn to the helpful reception, where they always try to get up to the customer and help. We liked the hotel so much that my mom and sis will come back once a week. We can only recommend. The best hotel in quality/price ratio.

  Wonderful stay at Arabia Azur

  It was a great stay with great views. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff was friendly. The entertainers were excellent and always fun. The food was delicious and every day different. Also learning the club dance was a great experience. Would recommend the hotel:))

  All inclusive is not all inclusive

  The check in was ok, a little slow, but that is the time of covid. i was early there so i had to wait but that was totally ok for me. when i asked about an upgrade from pool view to sea view i notices already that i annoyed the person at the reception. it is an all inclusive hotel, but internet only available for free at the lobby. wanted to work a little but this task i could totally forgot. i can not work where people are walking around. so i paid the amount for 1 week to get the internet in the room. in the room, i tried to log in on my mobile, tablet and laptop, and it did not work. after settled i went back to the reception, i asked if i could have a new code. the man disappeared an then went to have a call. he came back and told me that sorry, at the moment he can not help. the IT guy is not around. well funny and now ? after i asked him, he said i should come back in 2 hours. but in again in a totally annoyed matter. the same person i asked when bowling is opening, he then said at 18.00. well i found out from someone else in the hotel that bowling is closed already since one year because of covid. well fair enough. but why do i get such an information ? in the morning at breakfast i saw that they have fresh squeezed juice. was looking forward to it. but they ask 2.50EUR for a glass. well there the all inclusive goes again. The food was nice, specially the desert buffet. the guy serving it does really look after it with love. was really nice. thank you

  Best staff Ever

  I wanted to thank the hotel staff specially Mr. Emad and Mr ahmed and all the rest of the staff in the reception. Very helpful and friendly made me love to visit again. The beach is super amazing and the marina view Is super wow.
