  Buenas instalaciones, servicio a mejorar

  Fui con un grupo de amigos un fin de semana con la idea de distraernos un poco y lo logramos. Queda cerca de Yerevan (a unos 20 minutos de la ciudad) y ofrece un complejo con buena relación costo-beneficio. La habitación fue confortable y no nos faltó nada. Desayuno bueno. La piscina nos encantó; tiene un bar allí con un menú muy amplio donde también se puede almorzar. Tiene un spa bastante completo aunque con un costo extra. El servicio deja mucho que desear, el personal no es atento en absoluto. Tardaron en atendernos siempre y fueron poco amables. Deberían prestar más atención al servicio al cliente ya que es el único punto que resto en nuestra experiencia. A pesar de eso sigue siendo recomendable.

  Worst service ever, clearly not a 5-star hotel

  It's actually hard to remember anything that was good about our stay. We only got a crib for our baby after 2 nights, even though we requested it very well in advance. We had to wait for ages to get our food at the restaurant, and once they lost our order altogether. The breakfast was bad in all respects. Well, the room itself was more or less OK, but this is not a room of a 5-star hotel, that's for sure.

  Short, comfortable stay with genuine smily staff

  Booked suite for two people at the end of december (through agoda). Prior to the stay, I visited to hotel in advance to scout the premises, as different websites mentioning smoking/non-smoking rooms confused me. The receptionist Katarina (or Kathrina?) greeted me in great english and arranged for me to see the rooms. To my surprise, all the rooms were smoking-rooms, but I arranged with Katarina to make sure that there were no traces of cigarettesmoke in the suite when I arrived, which was very satisfactory upon arrival. A kindhearted staffmember of the restaurant/roomservice was kind even to bring us our food and drinks to our room with a smile and a helping hand in opening a bottle of our own brought wine. I offered a tip, but she kindly refused to accept, which, to me, felt very professional. The built in bathtub/jacuzzi in the suite worked perfectly, and was easy to use. The bed was very comfortable , and the room was well stocked in advance with slippers, bathproducts, robes and towels enough for the both of us. The Breakfast (from 8-11) differed in quality when comparing the two mornings we spend in the restaurant. It is good for solid nutrition and a cozy morning for the nonextravagant laymen like me out there, but the strange sausages, overly boiled eggs and white bread along with the lukewarm eggs (admittedly, I was never there earlier than 10:30), may surprise the average posh european. In short, I the quality of the included breakfast was very fair compared to the price of the suite, and I am sure the food and abundance of it varies from the managing staff members on that particular day. At night, we turned off the heater in the room, as it made too much noise for our ears to fall asleep to, and the ventilation from the bathroom can give quite the vibrations through the floor up to where the bed is placed. The saunaarea was in great condition, and easy to use. We just asked the reception in advance, and we were told that it would be ready within an hour, and it turned out to be quite the adventure, and would very much reccomend the facilites along with the poolarea. We tried to arrange a massage session which was supposed to be operating, but we were told from the reception that they were unable to get in contact with whoever was in charge of this service. We were asked to be notified of this, but never were, and i fear that a certain receptionist may be to shy to engage in conversation with the guests to deliver these news - I will not mention the receptionist by name, as I think it is an internal matter. The basement lounge is big and cozy, enthough the decorations on the walls could use a local, armenian touch, besides from the basic "man-cave-run-from-your-wife-football-table-artwork". The airhockey table did not have any pucks, the football table is reversed (or left handed??), and the pooltable of incredible size only features 9-ball (who even plays this?). At our time of stay, the hotel was mostly empty, and we only saw other guests in the restaurant in the morning - The staff seemed keen to deliver a good service, besides from a young lady (not Katarina <3) in the reception who seemed shy and could use more practice in speaking english. The prices in the restaurant are reasonable, and if you want to relax, there is plenty of space in which to do this. When the weather is clear, the views around the hotel are amazing, especially when the snow covers the land around it - The mountainous views are, as always in armenia, breathtaking. Over all, I was very suprised by the services of the hotel. I would happily reccomend it to people I meet as it is a great stay on the outskirts of yerevan.

  Hotels 101: hospitality

  Me and my wife stayed there for 6 days. The only good thing in this hotel was the pool and what's around the pool. Let's start from day 1. We arrived around 11.30am, there was just 1 girl on the desk answering the phone calls, welcoming the pool clients (since the pool not private for the hotel) and the hotel clients, so it took us around 1 hour to talk with the lady, we couldn't check in early cz the room wasn't ready (and we totally understood that) so we asked about the restaurant so we can eat before checkin in at 2pm (as per their policy) after 10 minutes someone gave us the menu and while ordering they told us we can't order since we don't have a room number, after 10-15 minutes they took our order. A simple bbq and a salad took over 30 min to be served. Our room got ready around 2.30 pm (just after we ordered to see the manager) The manager didn't even bothered herself to apologize, she only said that it's high season and those things happens. There was no1 helping us with our luggages. Day 3, they only cleaned our room at 4pm after our phone call(the sign was on the door from 10.30am). The cleaning process takes 3 minutes ... In 6 days they didn't even bothered to clean the bathroom and to add daily bathroom amenities(shampoo +showergel). Very poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel. To conclude, the most important thing in a hotel business is the hospitality manners which they totally ignore from the head to toe (to know how to welcome, how to smile, how to find ways to please the clients... Etc)... I would never reconsider staying there again, or even recommend this hotel to a friend.

  Not so perfect but we're still satisfied :)

  Room - we'll lit and spacious, clean, bath towels are toiletries were replaced everyday, room temperature can be adjusted, our's has access to little balcony where we can have our share of sunlight, and a safety box was provided. Although we asked for a smoking-room, the room was kept smelling-fresh, i don't how they did it but the scent is refreshing Wifi - I don't recall using their wifi as we've used our own data Dining - the food that we ordered are tasty and flavorful; there's enough space for guests and the seats were placed with enough spaces, the only thing that is quite challenging is that since winter is about to start when we visited this place, they kept the doors close which made the place a little warm and a bit uncomfortable to stay Staff/Service - they were nice and I can see that all of are willing to assist us the only issue is that there was language barrier which is totally fine..but the fact that you can see that they're willing to help is already heartwarming Vicinity - the place is like a haven for those who like to take pictures. There's a lot of picturesque and instagrammable spots Location - it's advisable to have a regular service if you'd like to go to the city as it's kinda far from where the shopping centers and bars are. We managed to travel as there's an app (similar to careem or uber) that we're advised to use so that we can go back to the hotel even during late nights escapades. The good thing about this is that the place is very quiet, like you can hear the birds chirping...it's like you can really relax while doing nothing
