  Small, not bad at all

  a small Minotel Barsam Suits, in the middle of Yerevan, rooms are clean and ok, nothing special though customer service : English might be an issue, and thats common all over Armenia all is all was ok

  A good trip

  The location of the hotel was very good and in less than a few minutes you would reach Republic Square. restaurants and supermarket were very close to the hotel. Breakfast was very poor and not varied. By the time you got up at 9am a lot of things were over, even bread and boiling water for tea. The staff at the hotel were very nice and anna was very active and energetic. Our room was two-bedroom and very large and quiet but very noisy and the sound of the neighbors buzzing in our unit. The water pressure at the hotel was sometimes very low. Overall I will not go back to this hotel again and choose another hotel.

  Central location

  We stayed here for a few nights in September 2019. On a plus side location of this hotel is very central. The room was clean and air conditioning worked well (it was very hot). On the negative side trying to switch on the reading light blew the fuse. The bathroom door lock came apart. The breakfast room felt sad and unloved and so did the breakfast. I felt this place was difficult ro rate - Armenia is (thank god) not very touristy and I presume one could have done worse but i still feel it should be possible to find a nicer more authentic place.

  Dated but welcoming

  The hotel, in common with the rest of the city, appears very dated but it is very conveniently placed for the main sights (such as they are) and for the bars and restaurants that cause the city to come alive in the evening. The welcome is warm, the beds comfortable, the rooms clean, the showers hot and the breakfast good, so it may not be pretty but it is well worth a try.

  A 3 Star Hotel - We Got What We Expected

  Our room was of a reasonable size- two single beds .When I approached reception to see if we could have a room with a double/queen sized bed I was told that all the rooms had only what we had been offered - really!!!! However, the room was clean and serviced daily. The bathroom was adequate, although the shower pressure and water temperature varied and it was difficult to regulate. The hotel looked like it needed an upgrade and the reception staff were not overly friendly. One bonus was the fact that it did provide a laundry service, at very reasonable prices. A bar was available on the ground floor and we were able to sit on the balcony overlooking the street with a drink, when we could find someone to service the bar!! Whilst the street and the surrounding residential area was "sad", the hotel was located in an advantageous part of Yerevan as it was only a short walk to Republic Square and all that the surrounding streets offered. WiFi was free, there was A/C and a small fridge. Breakfast consisted of fruit, cold cuts, boiled eggs, salad toast, coffee and tea. The next morning there were several changes to the menu, with several varied hot dishes. Comfortable enough, but alternatives should be sought.
