  (WORST HOTEL IN PHILIPPINES) (Stay AWAY) - TRIP ADVISOR DELETE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR SITE

  it was AUGUST 06, 2016 We were already booked and paid for this hotel but sadly the reception area or the reservations didn't acknowledge the booking we have made. and for the worst part, it was already paid but still they insisted us to look elsewhere. they said to find another hotel since they dont have any rooms available, and the sad part also i called them up for confirmation prior to our arrival , and they said that the room was available. and once we had been there they said it was not available since there was this walk-in guest and they have to accommodate that walk-in guest. we came hundreds of miles knowing and trusting that the booking made was already paid for, but that didnt stop them from insisting to us to look elsewhere. now is this the kind of hotel standards that can be located here in this site and up for grabs for future clients? i dont think so. so.. trip advisor if you can ban this kind of hotel it would be beneficial for the future clients of your site. at the sametime we can be assured that all hotels found in your site are always professional in dealing with this kind of situation. thank you

  This is a nice hotel, not far from the city center. The rooms are super clean, relatively large and staff is extremely friendly. The air con. is very good. There is also a roof top swimming pool with an amazing view of Cebu city. The buffet-style, all you can eat breakfast is also very good! The wi-fi works in the hotel, and it is relatively fast... There are several restaurants in the area to choose from. Also, this hotel is not far from the Cebu Ferry Terminal, in case you are interested in day trips, exploring Bohol, or other islands in this beautiful area. Cebu city has some relatively run-down areas, nevertheless this hotel is in a safe neighborhood.   not attentive

  we asked for cleaning the room before we leave the hotel and we come back at night time, but they didn't manage to do our request, no desk in the lobby for placing a laptop since their wifi is only available in the lobby, the only good is their location near to airport

  Too expensive for what it is

  This hotel is near Cebu airport, quick ride away. 1800 pesos for a deluxe room is a lot especially when its really outdated interior. Its noisy because of the road as well at night. Staff is friendly.

  Among the other hotels and suites in the vicinity of Pusouk area, it is clean and quiet. It is also near to shopping centers like " save more " and food courts like Juolibee and others. It is clean and very friendly staff. I feel like home when stay at there.
