  Could not wait to leave

  We did not realize when we booked this place that it would be so difficult to go any other place, like an off-site restaurant or shopping area. As others said (wish I'd read those before I went), the hotel is quite isolated so we took all our meals there. Food is OK but nothing special. We booked a seaview room on floor 3 (of 4), While the view over the Black Sea was quite beautiful, it was almost worthless since (1) we gotten eaten alive by mosquitoes when we left the balcony door open, and (2) the music in the public area, including 'lounge lizard' type acts two of the three nights we were there, made the place incredibly noisy with throbbing bass for several hours each afternoon / evening. On the plus side, the staff was by and large enormously friendly and helpful, especially the two men (father and son) who drove us to and from Simferopol). The dining areas are lovely, overlooking the Sea, with warm breezes.

  Sweet and surprising

  I thought I will be disappointed when I entered the facility, but the friendly and warm welcome of the reception staff made me change my mind. The room was simple but had amazing sea view. Would like to visit again , maybe with my daughter , because they have nice activities and animation team for children. I hope they speak English. I had during my stay to receive, print and fax a document .. I had no problem with that alone and everybody was helpful and it was done for free. Really amazing place, very close to center of Yalta (10 min walk). Breakfast buffet was the weakest point for me as it was poor for my Mediterrainian taste and love to variations. For the Russian visitors it was nice and satisfying. The soft Mattress was too soft for me. Beside that all was perfect and the place and the people there are very nice.

  Rather like this hotel

  Location is good, silent, close (5 minutes to walk) to main city promenade, rooms are with sea views. Personal is friendly (although facing challenges with English language, but they are trying hard). Breakfast is, would say, 3 stars out of 5. Not a bad place.

  We stayed there for a weak and we loved it

  We spent there one weeks from 1 to 7 July 2018 and I should says we got exellent service.before we rate hotel itself I would like to mention one particular person - the waitress by the-name Alla. This woman works hard runinning staires between kitchen and patio on lower lever. And not even once we saw tired or grumpy face. She is always smiling, cheering and welcoming accommodating all demends we had and g&iving professional and honest advice. She is simply great and made our dinners/ lunch times truly enjoyable. I really want her to get recognition she deserves. Hotel itself is great.clean and comfortable with direct accès to private beach. The staff is professional and attentive . We noticed a lot of families with kids and there is a great activités for children every day.you could see that kids love it. Food is good and breakfast is all what you need. There is respect for peoples quiet time and rest,plus they could arrange the exellent tours around Crimea. Its may be not that cheap but we felt fully satisfied for the price we paid.
