  Great Karon Beach accommodation...

  Stayed at Karon Whale Resort for week - really happy with this choice. Great pool, nice room, nice staff, clean, spacious, safe - happy holidays. So so close to Karon beach, easy 3 minute walk and your on the sand. Right in the middle of Karon main shopping/eating area - superb location! Recommended!

  Excellent once again

  Stayed for 8 nights in a pool access room. Breakfast was included for a room price of £30 a night. Fantastic value. Staff are exceptional providing excellent customer service. The pool bar provides cheap food and beer with a cocktail of the day always on offer. This was my fourth visit to this hotel and it won't be my last. If you are looking for a mid range hotel with a great location, big pool, clean rooms and friendly staff then this hotel is for you. Looking forward to staying there again in 2020.

  AVOID!!!AVOID!!! TERRIBLE!!!

  I stayed with the hotel for 14 days from 27/09 until 12/10. My husband myself and my son. When we got there we were told we were upgraded to a family garden villa, what a lovely start until 7am we woke to a kango hammer going off right beside our room this went on all day until 11pm at night. We eventually got sick of it when debris started to hit the windows from the building work and approached reception and complained only to be shown a standard room (what we paid for) the room was nice but there was just one bed, I asked about a bed for my 10 year old son and was told he would have to sleep with me and my husband because the agent had not paid for a bed for my son. I would not sleep in a bed in 29 degrees heat and I told this girl we had proof he was paid for but she countered she had proof that our agent had not paid and was not willing to put a bed in the room or escalate to her manager. The hotel had given us 3 vouchers for breakfast and could not explain why they had issued this but did not have a bed. I was so frustrated I left and reached out to our booking agent who agreed and confirmed we had paid and they would reach out to their counterparts in Thailand. When the agent in Thailand reached out to the hotel they told them they had offered a solution and we declined to accept which was less than truthful. Following the contact from the agent the manager contacted me in the room and told me we would have to move to the standard room because the agent was in touch, when I asked if my son had a bed she hung up. We walked down to reception to be told no bed would be there for my son as the agent had not paid. This manger refused to let me speak to her manager. The staff sitting beside this manger were shocked at her attitude as were we. We were taken aback. Nobody could get any good of this hotel the whole experience was terrible. Anyone who thinks it was nice was not down at the villa side of the hotel. Our holiday was totally ruined the building work continued for the entire trip. Im all for developing resorts but this was scandalous and a blatant disregard for the customer who the hotel put firmly in the middle of some sort of dispute which was COMPLETELY OUT OF THE CUSTOMERS CONTROL!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

  Good location rooms clean tidy front staff friendly breakfast terrible bad cooks stale cereal close enough to beach .my pick for this town Movenpic but does cost more look around try Kata beach more to see and do bar and night restaurant not opened while we were there Signed Foodcriticgazza

  Great value Got upgrade for free, got a suite Pool Happy hour Can order lunch etc during the day Shower and toilet by the pool Nice, big room Fridge Wifi Towels for beach Great location OK breakfast Been there before, and will use it again
